Setup was very easy and had no problem with it loosing air. Having the headboard was great as you can sit in the bed and it doesn’t go anywhere. I did buy the mattress pad for it and am glad I did that as it does make it more comfortable and less noisy. Turn the knob to deflate and it does just that perfectly and totally. ... show more

With my grandma visiting for a couple of months I knew I would need a temporary bed. Although I have a Cali King bed the comfort of my grandma means the world to me so I want her to have her own space so I knew I would be looking for an air mattress. This is a pretty sizable bed. The queen fits perfectly in my living room and without all the blankets it’s still pretty comfortable. It came with its own bag that I can use to put it away and came safely tightly wrapped and in another box. Although this has a headboard I didn’t think I would need it but it’s great from preventing my pillows from falling on the floor. It only takes about 4-5 minutes to fully inflate. Now here is my experience with deflating the bed while also getting ready for work: So I usually wake up at 7:15am. But for today I got up at 7:10am. I connect the plug and switch the dial to deflate. I go to the restroom and brush my teeth and wash my face. Only 4 minutes has passed and the bed has pretty much deflated! I remove the covers/pillows/blankets. By the time I fold the bed (it still has a bit of air but it’s light enough that I can still move it) and take it to my room. I put everything away and check the time. It was 7:20! I was able to finish getting ready for work and left the house by 7:28. I’m so happy I didn’t have to make a large change in my schedule. Pretty happy that it pretty much does the work and is pretty comfortable to sleep on. The only thing it is squishy when you first inflate it (there is even a note in the box that says to expect it) but on the 2nd night it was more firmer to my liking. It even came with a patch just in case you need to patch up any holes (I’m pretty sure I’m not going to need it though since I’m not planning to ever go camping but really liked how thoughtful they were to provide the customer with one) Overall definitely great substitute for a bed! ... show more

I had an Intex air mattress before and enjoyed it until a few years later, it bit the dust! Unfortunately, I didn't get another Intex brand, but another brand that was erroneously touted as "the best," but was excruciatingly bad to sleep on for more than one night. So I'm very pleased that Intex has added a headboard feature which is a plus for reading or watching TV in bed. This mattress is very affordable, very comfortable and does not sag. It was easy to inflate, very easy to set up and very easy to enjoy. I look forward to getting some long-term use out of it. Easy to inflate. Quality item that holds up for use and provides a comfortable sleep. The velvet top keeps the mattress from feeling too cold or rough like plastic. The headboard helps to keep pillows from falling off the back edge when inflated in an open space - but it can make fully wrapping the fitted sheet across the head of the bed a bit tricky. I wasn't sure if this would be a plus or a bust, but went ahead and got it. It's great. The headboard feature is such a great feature. No more pillows slipping off the back. It's a solid product. I only use it as an overflow bed for guests if there are more than 4 guests. I set it up, and it has been sitting in the lower level area for 2 months now and is not losing air. I was concerned with some reviewers that said it leaked. That is not my experience. The mattress and instructions clearly state that it needs time to stretch out, and for the first week, I would just lightly inflate it (a few seconds every 2 days) and it is holding just fine. I was also careful not to over inflate it. It's a solid purchase and I am glad that I got it. This is the best inflatable mattress that I have had out of the 3 that I have owned previously. We replaced our old air mattress with this one, and I’m so glad we did. The built-in headboard is a game-changer — no more chasing runaway pillows in the middle of the night! The built-in pump works faster than I expected, and it’s super handy. We use a portable battery when camping, and it doesn’t draw too much power at all. We’ve taken this on a few trips now and it has held up great — no refilling needed overnight, which is a big win. It’s very comfortable, just as comfy as our taller air mattress that recently kicked the bucket, and it doesn’t get dirty easily either. The "deflate" option is a bit slow and doesn’t get all the air out, but it’s still easy to roll up and surprisingly compact when folded — definitely manageable for camping storage. This thing stretched a lot over the course of our camping trip we debuted it on . However by the end of the trip we didn't have to inflate it anymore . Fortunately this was pretty easy with the built in pump, but something to think about . One thing to note if you are planning to fit this in a tent . The headboard is massive and will cut off a lot of extra tent space if you don't have tall sides . In my smaller 10x10 tent the mattress touches three of the four walls, but there is a lot of space on the floor behind the headboard . I'll probably get another without the headboard for this tent . Overall, this is one of the most comfortable air mattresses ive owned, aside from maybe aerobed . The quality appears to be premium, but time will tell . ... show more
