🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

This air mattress stands out among its competitors due to its reliable inflation throughout the night and easy inflation/deflation process via its built-in air pump. Users also love the unique feature of an integrated backboard and the convenience of a carrying bag for transport and storage. On the other hand, users mentioned a minor concern regarding the challenge of securing standard size sheets because of the limited space around the bed. Some users find the mattress slightly hard but note that the firmness can be adjusted by regulating the amount of air.

Pros

  • 🎈 Maintains inflation throughout the night with minimal leakage
  • 🔌 Integrated air pump for easy inflation/deflation
  • 🛏 Has a backboard feature that prevents pillows from sliding off
  • 💼 Comes with a carrying bag for easy transport and storage

Cons

  • 🛠 Some users find it challenging to fit standard size sheets
  • 🎚 Some users find it a bit hard but firmness can be adjusted

Should I Buy It?

If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-inflate/deflate air mattress that offers additional features like a backboard and easy storage, then this air mattress may well worth the investment. Just note the potential compromise on surface softness and sheet fitting.

  • VERY NICE INFLATABLE BED
I purchased this for guests that were staying with me and they really like it. It was comfortable, sturdy, and they had a great night’s sleep on the mattress. It was easy to inflate, and even has its own headboard so the pillows don’t slide off over the top of the mattress. Great value for the money. I am considering getting another one instead of using the pull out sofa bed that is not comfortable at all. ... show more

  • Perfect Temporary Bed
With my grandma visiting for a couple of months I knew I would need a temporary bed. Although I have a Cali King bed the comfort of my grandma means the world to me so I want her to have her own space so I knew I would be looking for an air mattress. This is a pretty sizable bed. The queen fits perfectly in my living room and without all the blankets it’s still pretty comfortable. It came with its own bag that I can use to put it away and came safely tightly wrapped and in another box. Although this has a headboard I didn’t think I would need it but it’s great from preventing my pillows from falling on the floor. It only takes about 4-5 minutes to fully inflate. Now here is my experience with deflating the bed while also getting ready for work: So I usually wake up at 7:15am. But for today I got up at 7:10am. I connect the plug and switch the dial to deflate. I go to the restroom and brush my teeth and wash my face. Only 4 minutes has passed and the bed has pretty much deflated! I remove the covers/pillows/blankets. By the time I fold the bed (it still has a bit of air but it’s light enough that I can still move it) and take it to my room. I put everything away and check the time. It was 7:20! I was able to finish getting ready for work and left the house by 7:28. I’m so happy I didn’t have to make a large change in my schedule. Pretty happy that it pretty much does the work and is pretty comfortable to sleep on. The only thing it is squishy when you first inflate it (there is even a note in the box that says to expect it) but on the 2nd night it was more firmer to my liking. It even came with a patch just in case you need to patch up any holes (I’m pretty sure I’m not going to need it though since I’m not planning to ever go camping but really liked how thoughtful they were to provide the customer with one) Overall definitely great substitute for a bed! ... show more

  • Excellent
I’ve slept on this air mattress for well over a month now with my cat & 80lb dog & it has held up extremely well. I have only had to put a little bit more air in it twice now. Best air mattress for an excellent price. I did buy a foam topper to make it a bit more cushion felt when laying on it but overall it’s comfortable & worth the purchase!!!! ... show more

  • Its a good temporary bed
Super easy to inflate, quick and actually comfortable. Weight capacity is over 500 lbs so that should accommodate two adults (depending on their size). It stays inflated and firm. Good to keep for any unplanned overnight guests....boom, they can sleep in the living room area.

  • Sturdy & Comfortable
I have never inflated or deflated an air mattress as quickly as this unit. The pump is amazing! The headboard was suggested by my significant other as I have a history of losing pillows in the middle of the night. No more! Final compliment are the baffles installed in mattress. Traditional air mattresses are similar to the original waterbed. One moves, all moves. This provided a sturdy nights sleep and look forward to future camping trips. ... show more

  • Very Comfortable
This bed was very comfortable. I was reluctant to buy an air mattress because I was concerned about its comfort. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The air mattress is as comfortable as my regular bed and, perhaps, more so. It was easy to setup and easy to adjust the volume of air. The back rest is nice to have, not only for comfort sitting up, but also for looks. The height is good. I can’t comment on longevity since I have only had it for 5 months and slept on it about 15 nights. But based on my short term experience, I highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Leaking In Less Than A Year- HORRIBLE Customer Service
DON'T BUY! I gave this a 1 star rating because I couldn't go lower. It falsely posted with 5 stars. I haven't had this air bed a year and it's leaking badly. I only use it a few days each month in a carpeted bedroom. Otherwise it's kept neatly folded in it's bag. I recently inflated it and kept waking up about every 3 hours having to re-inflate it. I woke up with my back and neck hurting, and extremely sleep deprived. I tried for several days to keep it inflated and to find where the slow leak was coming from. Then I left town and contacted the seller. He replied that I should contact Intex because it's still under warranty. I ended up speaking with a Rep who stated to file a claim I had to find the pinhole leak and cut out a 6x6 inch section of the airbed where it was leaking, then take a picture of the Intex logo on the bed. After taking this dangerous action of stabbing and cutting up the layered and reinforced airbed, she said take a picture of the cut out and upload it and the logo picture to the claim website. She said Intex will not honor their warranty if this isn't done. She also said if approved it would take months to receive the replacement. I asked what am I supposed to sleep on after destroying the airbed and waiting for months. She couldn't care less. She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I searched again and discovered the leak was at the pump. I took a picture of the pump and of the now almost deflated Intex logo and uploaded it with a copy of my Amazon shipping receipt. They immediately denied my claim. I called and the Rep said I didn't send pictures of the cut up airbed. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold a long time and when she came back she pretended that she couldn't hear me and hung up. Although she had initially asked for all of my info at the beginning of the call, including my phone number, she didn't call back. Amazon won't help because they state it's a 3rd party vendor. I haven't even been able to reach a human Amazon Customer Service Rep. I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General's office and the FTC due to shoddy defective material, lack of customer service and refusing to honor the warranty. ... show more
