Very high quality materials. Extremely durable and well made. A previous airbed I had tried from a different brand, which was more expensive too, developed holes after about 3 months of normal nightly use and had me constantly trying to find the air leaks to patch them up with special glue. This airbed, however, I've had for a year and two months now and it has still not developed any holes at all, which has left me very impressed with its high quality build. The pump it comes with can actually be detached from the rest of the bed without damaging anything, but I am not quite sure what the purpose of this would be--perhaps to wash it more easily without damaging the electric pump? Recently it just started deflating to about 3/4 of its full volume per night of sleep, but yet there does not seem to be any puncture on the bed. I am attributing this to one of the rubber plugs in the pump compartment coming lose on it's own with time, so I just readjusted it and hopefully this will solve the issue. The airbed is also very comfortable when fully inflated, where it is solid (in a good relaxing way) but yet will comfortably adapt to one's body to provide very relaxing sleep. I found this airbed brand and model as a suggestion on reddit, after having had a disappointing experience with a different brand. Quite a few commenters swore on the high quality and durability of this model and now I find myself agreeing with them. I would highly recommend this airbed and would without second thought buy again if I ever need to.

Purchased this to have for a guest staying with us. Fantastic item! Price point was perfect, it’s sturdy (my 6’3”, 263 lb husband tried it out with no problem), our guest slept comfortably, it both inflates and deflates quickly and packs away easily when not in use. I’m thrilled with this mattress!

I bought this because I needed a quick, easy, DURABLE sleeping surface for when I'm at my friend's house each weekend. I stay at a friend's every Friday and Saturday night to help them at their nude campground. They allow me to sleep in their living room of the main house - however the little couch (loveseat) was really killing me to sleep on. They had an air mattress that they got for me...a real nice one - a Beautyrest. VERY comfortable! However after a few weekends of sleeping on it, it started losing air throughout the night. It got to the point where I'd wake up in the morning almost touching the ground. So I said I'd buy another air mattress and we threw that one away. After some research and considering my budget I decided on this one. I've now slept on it for 2 weekends - 5 nights. I'm definitely impressed with the built-in pump! Very quick and easy to inflate and deflate! I also love that you can stash the wire away in a little compartment in the pump! Definitely a plus! I was also very impressed with the fact that it did not seem to lose ANY air over the course of a whole weekend. I've slept on MANY air mattresses through the years and even really nice, BRAND new ones seem a little softer in the morning than it was after inflating it the night before. This one seems to hold air perfectly! Now, I can't speak to the longevity of this product yet, but consider me impressed so far! My ONLY complaint is that it's really not all that comfortable. Now I know it's an air mattress so obviously my expectations aren't super high but I've slept on much more comfortable ones in the past. My first night I inflated it to the max. It was quite hard and difficult to sleep on my sides. So the next night I tried letting a little air out and that definitely helped. But it still wasn't as comfortable as I'd have liked. Anyway, for a very inexpensive air mattress, I was very impressed! I'm just going to buy a memory foam mattress topper for it and BAM - problem solved! I would definitely recommend! Seems VERY well built and durable!

Let’s just start with the truth: no air mattress is your bed. If someone tells you otherwise, they’re either lying or trying to sell you something. Let’s be real. That said—this one? Definitely the lesser of all air mattress evils. It held air ALL weekend (which honestly feels like a miracle), so I never woke up slowly sinking to the floor questioning my life choices. Easy to inflate, easy to deflate, no extra help needed—so points there. Now, if you’re a toss-and-turn sleeper like me, yeah… it’s gonna make a little noise. But let’s not act like that’s new—every air mattress sings you a little song when you move. But here’s the real review: this thing got me through an overnight youth retreat with 16 high schoolers on a road trip to better understand Jesus. And somehow, my lack of sleep was NOT because of a deflated mattress or a rock-hard floor—so I’m calling that a win. Final verdict: Not luxury. Not your bed. But reliable, easy, and gets the job done when it matters. 👍

Love this air mattress. I have been using it every night for the last 9 months and not once did I have to add air to it. No leaks at all. It’s very comfortable. I like the air pockets going width wise like this one instead of air pockets that run the length of the mattress. The ones with air pockets going the length of the bed develop leaks a lot faster than this type. I think this mattress is the only one I will ever buy. It feels more like sleeping on a real mattress. Not 1 leak after 9 months of regular nightly use and I haven’t added any extra air-not once. Promise!!!😊

I really like the bed, easy set-up and quite comfortable. Love the built-in inflation, so no need to look for pump every time. Since purchase, we have only used it a handful of times in the (under) year of ownership. The issue began when we last pumped it up and we realized that it was deflating rapidly and would no longer stay inflated anymore. We visually checked everything to best of our ability and determined it looked “normal”. Still no luck. This bed was sold with the promise of “puncture resistant” listed under Special Features! That is the number one reason I purchased it. I was very disappointed, so I decided to contact Intex support. I want to give them credit, I used the chat feature and was connected to a real agent upon request right away. He had a lot of questions, and I had to jump through some hoops that I wasn’t happy about because I told him this was an air mattress not a refrigerator and I was only up for limited troubleshooting in this case. He understood and had me perform a couple of troubleshooting procedures such as using soapy water and investigate the entire mattress for leaks. OK, done, no leaks were found. He was somewhat satisfied with that and I asked them to just replace it at this point. He agreed, and I had to go back online answer a few questions on a form and upload receipt and that was done. Two days later I received replacement! Impressive. I just want to say this is the kind of customer service that you want to see. This is how to build brand loyalty. So bravo and thank you Intex!
