This little camera works just fine. I have read other reviews and a common comment is "lose of signal" but this has yet to happen on this unit. I simply turn it on and my phone detects it and BINGO I am connect with a clear wide angle video. Now I take it out of my glove box, connect, place it on the tailgate, back up to my trailer in one shot, torn it off and throw it back in my glove box, Done!

I recently purchased an older camping trailer that did not have a camera, and neither does my older truck. This camera setup worked correctly and as advertised right out of the box. It has enough range for my rig, and then some. Would buy it again.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE PURCHASE. Only used the camera a short period of time, when moisture got inside lense making the unit unusable. SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO PROBLEM. They should refund my purchase price minimum for a defective product

Bought just for boat hookup and launching and it works great! Only thing I wasn’t aware of is when you are on Wi-Fi you can’t use Bluetooth 🤦♂️ other than that it’s awesome!

The main things I dislike about this backup camera kit are the monitor and picture quality. The monitor size is (barely) adequate, the picture is grainy and that gooseneck arrangement may work well with some models, but in my 2004 4Runner it means I have to reach around it to shift gears. But of course, this is how they kept the price so cheap. The one positive thing I can say about this kit is that the signal is strong and steady. After receiving this item and testing it, I was so disappointed by the picture quality, tiny monitor and lack of features that I initiated a return for this one and purchased the Eway camera/4.3 inch monitor kit. However, for all the nice features the Eway kit has, some interference near my trailer makes its signal drop out, rendering it completely useless. But with this kit, the only sign of interference was that the fifth bar of the signal strength indicator flickered a bit. One thing that differs from the product description is that this does come with a rechargeable battery. This must have been a last-minute addition, as you can still access the compartment where the original 9V battery went. The reason why this is kind of a wash, though, is that there's no LED indicator to tell you when it's fully charged, and the charge port is not something standard like a mini-USB. Nor do the instructions tell you how long it takes to charge.

The camera might work great if the wifi would stay connected. I use it to back up boat in shed, the camera pauses, then starts, then pauses. Getting it to connect to the wifi on the phone is another 20 minute Hassel. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. I have tried different phones, setting the phone next to the camera, in the house, in my truck, it dies not connect. Help

For viewing the fuel level in my aircraft while flying. I pointed it at the fuel level sight tube and could see it clearly. I also used it to look at my trailer hitch and ball to line up my hitch and ball while attaching my trailer.
