Controllers stop working the first time I plug it up and the game freezes

All in all it's pretty neat. One controller refuses to work within games. I can select menu items, but doesn't respond when playing the games. There are really no instructions, just a list of components. So I had to YouTube how to set it up. Also when the game says "A" it's actually "Y" on the controllers. Other than those things the game plays great. There are tons of selections. I'm not a gamer, but I've been glued to the TV all weekend.

Everything was easy to set up with my LG TV. These games take me back to when I was a kid! So many games to choose from. It will give my kids something to do when it's too hot to be outside in the Arizona weather. I might need another set for the bedroom so I have one all to myself :)

Selection is outstanding. There was not one classic game I looked for that I couldn't find. The wireless controllers are a lil iffy connection wise. They sporadically disconnect which can be annoying. Only reason I will have to return.

The wireless controllers work great, and multiplayer is a blast. My whole family loves it, and the price is unbeatable for everything you get. If you’re into retro gaming, this stick is a no-brainer.. my kids love it

System booted up fine, after putting batteries in controller and connecting wirelessly the screen is constantly receiving unwanted controller inputs and jumping in and out of random games and menu screens making the games and menus completely unnavigable. Tried rebooting and unplugging/plugging everything back in insuring all ports were clean, nothing is fixing the issue. Needs returned or replaced with non defective controllers/wireless adapter.
