I purchased this headset for work, as I work from home and was looking for a comfortable double ear set for my 8 hour work day and boy did I find it! It has an adjustable head piece to fit your head properly, it’s light weight but also just feels durable and has great quality. I haven’t had a single issue with connectivity, if anything it was so simple to set up, once I plugged my USB into my laptop it automatically connected. It takes all of my calls perfectly, haven’t had any customers complain of any issues and they’ve been able to hear me. I also am in meetings a majority of the day in Zoom and WebEx and I’ve had no issues. I also have been able to hear a clear feed while in a meeting across my entire 2000 square foot house. Absolutely worth the buy.

Full disclosure: I bought this with a $20 coupon from Amazon so your mileage may vary... Headset is easy to set up and use, sounds great and has very good battery life. My only complaint is when I'm transferred a VOIP phone call, the audio fails to pick it up. I can make and receive inbound calls, just not transfers. So if you are looking for a headset in a work environment, maybe choose a different one. :)

This head set goes without saying as the best wireless headset I have ever tried. The set up was super simple and fast, so easy anyone could do it. It's compatibility options with phone and computer is seamless. The battery life and range is one of the best I've ever experienced, lasting me the whole workday. It makes long days at the office as smooth and as comfortable as possible. The volume controls and audio voice feedback feature with muting and unmuting is a very and lets me work with confidence. I am always able to adapt to any situation on the fly. I have recommended this headset to may of my colleagues and they have unanimously felt as I do when I asked what their experience with this headset was like. If you're looking for a comfortable, dependable and long lasting headset, this is it.

The headset arrived and I'm pleasantly surprised. Great sound quality and easy to connect via bluetooth to my laptop and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It comes with a cool bag to store the headset, USB type-C charging cable, charging base and usb adapter. The headset fits comfortably and can be adjusted to how you want it to fit. I work from home and this headset is amazing! My only complaint is that I had to unpair it from my iPhone and just have it paired to my computer because when it is paired to both, it doesn’t have sound on the iPhone. It gets fantastic range. I can travel around the house without losing connection.

So this headset surpassed all expectations. Not only is it comfortable, but it's so crazy quiet that you don't think it works. There is zero background fuzzy noise whatsoever. Perfectly silent background on work calls so I can hear the conversation very well. Set up was seamless and everything worked within minutes. Cannot say enough good things about this set. Would absolutely recommend.

Connectivity: It connects quickly and easily to any device. Noise canceling: It's not 99%. I'd say 96-97% of sound is canceled. The rest sound like very low unintelligible whispers unless it's a sharp high pitched sound like a dog bark, a child, dishes clanking,door bells, knocks, or shrill game noises. Stability: NOT great. Recently it disconnects without warning and there's no app for these so the only way to make sure it's working again is to open the sound settings on you computer and test the mic/ sound. Fit: It's great unless you have afro hair or a puffy style. The head band is pretty short with minimal extension. Clarity: The audio is great, the volume is iffy though. Sometimes it seems low even on the 70% volume then suddenly it's very loud. Weight: It's pretty light but having it on your ears too long kinda hurts. Over all not too bad. I wish it came with an app to track the battery life and a settings menu where I can check the connection without having to use the computer settings menu.

Bought this headset mainly for work. All the connections work but see below for additional info. I haven't had it die on me but I usually charge after my 8 hour shift. The charging station dock is nice. Comfort - 5/5 Sound Quality - 5/5 Wireless Connectivity Options 5/5 Bluetooh Multpoint does connect my phone and work computer but it doesn't seamlessly switch over which I hoped would work so that when I am listening to music from phone or watching something, if a work call came in it would switch but that maybe just software or system taking over focus issue. The answer call key does not work for me at least in Cisco IP communicator. When I used Bluetooth it connects to an analog type sound for calls which sounds fine for calls but the music is horrible but I found that if you use the USB dongle its high quality on both music and calls. Hitting the call answer key will pause the music and I can just manually answer the call.
