  • Best-in-class for the $5-$250 range, but only $50 (35 on sale)???
Color: Black-Red
I use a separate mic and haven't tested the mic but the headset audio sounds great and there's a ton of very well thought out design to this device: * Audio is fantastic, with excellent response range and clarity, smooth and sensitive drivers. The 7.1 simulated surround is great, enough to pacify me who is *incredibly* picky and won't usually deign to use a headset without literally 4 to 5 physical speakers in each cup. (i.e. ASUS ROG Centurion 7.1 et. al.). I recommend using Equalizer APO on windows for preferential tuning. * Incredible battery life, can charge (usb-c) while using, lasts probably at least 50 music-on hours in 7.1 mode using dongle with lights off and mic off, but I usually remember to plug it in every 2-3 days... takes less than 2 hours to charge from 0-100% though anyway... bluetooth mode with no lights or mic probably lasts over 100 hours. I rarely hear the low battery notice unless I've been especially neglectful. * Comprehensive connection options (wireless-dongle that works as usb-c or even usb-a with the built-in adapter, highly compatible bluetooth, even a 3.5mm jack!!) * Build quality is comfortable and simple, and quite durable. Cups rotate backward 90° and tilt just barely maybe <10°-- enough to conform to head. Cushions are comfortable and don't really give me tightness even on my fat head, while still being quite secure. My glasses arm digs into behind my ear a bit but that's just from using headphones in general, and less so with this headset. * While I don't use it, the microphone is a fishing-reel-gummy-arm style that retracts into the cup or pulls out and the arm is made of a material that holds to any position you adjust it to, so it can be right where you need it. Max pull-out is just barely past the corner of my mouth. As far as I tested the audio quality is more than acceptable, I just have a nice desktop mic I use. * The lighting is very low-key, just enough to be meaningful without being obnoxious; most importantly, can be toggled completely off with zero effort. The only running lights while I'm using it are the tiny power-on blue dot and tiny 7.1-on white dot, both at the bottom so essentially invisible from anywhere in the room. * It boggles my mind that these are sold at $50, that's mind-bogglingly cheap compared to competitors at this quality range. Frequently they're on sale for $35~ even, which is insane. When I ordered these because my last headset gave out, I was NOT expecting these to be more than "usable" until I found something up to my usual snuff, but I was very pleasantly surprised. As someone who's used many, many, many, *many* expensive headsets (I'm talking $200-$600 range) and quite a few cheap ones, this is hands down the best stereo headset I've come across that isn't some absurdly expensive audiophile device-- and it's so far above the average you would think it's similar to a $150-$200 sound. Except it also has better and more intelligent array of features than those tend to offer. Are they what I want to use? No. I want to use REAL 7.1 headsets... problem is that kind of thing isn't made anymore. I am incredibly picky about what I'm willing to use, and for me to have come to terms with companies not making what I want anymore, and effectively "settling" for 2.0 and me deciding that this is all I'm going to use from now on (short of some companies coming back with luxury REAL 7.1 products), I'm so confident in it that I've ordered 2 more of these headsets even though there's nothing wrong with mine and I don't estimate there ever will be; just in case *this* company stops making these great products and I somehow destroy my current ones. I can't imagine I would go use any other headset in the future unless some absolutely ridiculous and amazing thing comes out, but I don't expect that to happen so it's these for as long as they're made. There are only three misgivings I have, none of which really matter and are just some pondering: 1. My volume scroll wheel, possibly from laying on a pillow with it frequently, has an issue that cuts out the right cup audio if it's turned to exactly 100%... solution: turn to 99% and all is fine. Easy workaround, no stress; muscle memory fixes it in 1 second. The wheel doesn't easily adjust inadvertently, it's not difficult to turn or anything but unless you brush it pretty deliberately it's not gonna randomly change. 2. This has two buttons (and a physical mic toggle clicker): Power to play/pause/answer/hangup/reject and toggle dongle/bt. M to toggle 7.1 and lights. I don't really wish it had an extra button or two or feature for media forward/back but I could see it being a useful feature for some and I would probably use it if it had. 3. It'd be nice if the cups rotated vertically slightly more but honestly completely unnecessary and is just a personal preference thing; they rotate enough to conform to the head at any band-extension as-is so it's a non-issue. ... show more

  • Clear Sound and Strong Wireless Performance
Color: Black-Red
I picked up this Wireless Gaming Headset, and it has been a solid upgrade. The sound is clear and immersive. You can hear small details in games, which really helps. The 7.1 surround feature adds a nice edge without feeling fake. The wireless connection is strong and stable. I had no drops while using the 2.4GHz USB. Bluetooth also works well when I switch to my phone. The headset feels comfortable, even after long sessions. The battery life holds up and gets me through a full day of use. The mic is clear, too. Friends had no trouble hearing me. Overall, it is a great value. Great sound, solid build, and easy to use. ... show more

  • Can cause interference with the controller on ps5
Color: White-Pink
I bought 2 pairs of these headphones. I'll start out with why it only got 3 stars. One pair works flawlessly, one pair causes interference with the game controllers on a ps5 and the audio from the mic sounds like you are constantly rubbing the mic with something (very staticy). I've used them on both a ps4 and ps5, as well as Bluetooth to my phone. So compatibility is wide! Using them with the ps5 is definitely a better experience than the ps4 due to the audio output from the console itself. They have a good neutral audio, not too much highs or lows. For the size of the driver you'd expect distortion from the variety of audio coming out, but it's clear clean audio! The wife loves the pink and I enjoy the black and red! The light on the mic is nice, as it is only lit when it isn't muted. I like the scroll wheel audio adjustment. The 7.1 surround button makes quite a difference! Not quite dolby atmos, but simulates well! The wires and plugs are all nice quality and look like they'll hold up well. They aren't super heavy and the ear pads are comfy. The battery life seems good so far, only time will tell how fast the battery degrades. I would suggest these if you are on a budget and need a good headset. If you can spend more, don't cheap out and get yourself a turtle beach or something. The seller is super great with issues and resolves well. ... show more

  • Genesys VOIP performance is so good
Color: Black-Red
I had these rushed to me because my headset for work broke unexpectedly. I use the Genesys VOIP client for work and the program does not give a whole lot of control on things like outgoing volume and such. Usually it picks up my voice at a low volume and people have a hard time hearing me. I was looking for a headset that had a longer microphone that could get close to my mouth for better reception. These weren't my first pick, but they were able to be delivered fast enough, so I decided to gamble. With help of a friend, I foudn that the USB dongle provides an extremely good connection. I wouldn't say my words are the most clear, but they are LOUD. People can hear me clearly and that is far more important to me. I'm cool with repeating a few things as long as you can hear me. The bluetooth function works and all, but for my particular situation, it was just too quiet to be heard well. It will do the job, but not as well as the dongle. I only just got them, so long-term use and reliability has yet to be seen, but no one really reviews these types of products with their performance using enterprise VOIP clients outside of microsoft teams or Zoom. For you, the person that needs to know if it's good with other programs, this is a good buy. Price is good, performance is good, comfort is good. The only downside would be the ear cups rubbing on my glasses making a bit of a noise, but the microphone performance with the USB dongle outweighs that negative. My voice is a little bassy and somewhat quiet, so most microphones have a hard time picking me up clearly. Therefore, the microphone is always more important to me. If you find yourself in a similar boat, get these. Absolutely worth the price, even if they break in a few months. At the very least, they are a good backup option if your normal set dies. ... show more

  • Near perfect headset. They nailed it.
Color: Black-Red
Um, what? GTFO here. Kick your BOSE, your ROGs and your SONYs to the side. I'll address the mic later but woof, the 7.1 experience. I almost put 7.1 in quotes, but I think you get a true 7.1 out of these. With little equalizer interaction. I like to melt into my music. It's advertised as a gaming headset, but, the mic is a tertiary function of the headset. It really is about the sound quality. I went straight dongle mode and it fleshed out perfectly. But of course you can BT with any device that supports Bluetooth. You can even connect Aux if you'd like. They even provide a threaded aux cord if you want to go straight into a monitor. All the buttons are located on the left ear muff besides one. The right button controls the toggle between standard studio and 7.1 and your headphone RGBs. I won't give you the full directions that's what the pamphlet is for. If you are not using the mic you only need to know about 4 buttons/hard presses. Takes about 10 minutes of wear to figure out. If you want to hear those footsteps before anyone else. Or the the heavy breath of someone rushing your spot...the rustle of trash being brushed aside...the door directly the your southwest. If you want pinpoint accuracy of that baddie, this ain't a bad option. Just remember to turn that 7.1 on before the match for maximum impact. They are incredibly comfortable, I've been sick and tired of headphones that are leather or pleather oriented. They crack or peel without constant attention. This headset is lightweight; the cushioned thin cloth material is of very high quality. The bevels in the band are very sensitive and contour fantastically. You can tell a lot of attention to detail was paid to head comfortability. I wore these one night for 6 hours straight without even remembering to take them off because I was listening to a concert. I FORGET they were on. The mic is very simplistic, which honestly is all it needs to be. It picked up my voice fine and my group heard me fine during my matches and my discord group had no trouble either (crisp and clean). It only extends to about corner lip, at least on the size of my head. There is also no worry about stupid wired mics in the way. it RETRACTS into the muff. How it does this without compromising sound quality is impressive. Battery life is also very impressive. I don't stream so I see no point in having the lights active on the headphones, so those get turned off every time I turn the headphones on (one annoyance). So far I've actively run them for about 17 hours with no warning of low battery. Given that's subjective usage, mainly music but some just video game stuff which can have a lot of minimal workload. Overall, very much recommend. Amazing sound quality buckled with comfort and affordability. These should easily cost triple what they are going for. Get them at this price while you can. Edit: Sign up for their warranty. It is legit and they will address ALL your concerns. If a muff comes off, or your mic spring spikes out, that's a faulty pair. They got you. There is a card in the box, just sign up for their lifetime guarantee customer service. All it takes is an email. I did it myself, it's real. ... show more

  • WOW!... VERY NICE! for the price... just bought a second pair to maybe gift, but... :)
Color: Black-Red
... i might keep them as the phones to use when 2nd pair is charging... so decadent?... NOT for this price LoL:) For home PC movies, youtube, games, have bought several "low budget" phones lately (between $25 and $50) mostly junk, but some good ones, looking for "something special"... was i surprised by Valorise! ... the great value i'm getting for outstanding 'wear-for-hours' comfort with full, rich sound performance. I'm getting that Home theatre-like_sound feel in these headphones! Crazy bass perfomance coupled with very clear mids and highs. And that's without any EQ! 7.1 ?... well, read one review where the user contacted the company, they stated (logically) that it is "Virtual 7.1", since i know for a fact "true 7.1" headphones contain multiple speakers/drivers cost $200+ with some at the very high end costing almost $1000. Plus "most" true 7.1 are wired to match high-end fidelity / what your paying $big$ for). So i wasn't expecting super accurate channel seperation but, i went and tested them using several 7.1 sound-scape [and other surround effects] variables on youtube. Even with my somewhat diminished hearing caused by youthful indescretion, i can make out "Virtual 7.1" directionals {even though it's somewhat sudtle compared to the real thing} Bass is FAT (do we say that anymore) strong all the way down to about 35-40hz where it drops off steeply in intensity but is still audible as the specs claim "20hz"... and highs?, well like i said "youthful indescretion", my hearing of highs starts giving up [diminishing] at around 12,000 but, i can tell there is forcefull sound above that, i can feel it interacting with my inner ear-bones, a sensation. Ok then... Cool red-anodized accent ring, adjustable pattern Red LED bling in a ring around each cup-end and don't foget retractable Mic too and even the the 2.4ghz dongle is special, has it's large green LED tip PLUS a low profile detachable 2.4 USB-C that would fit nicely on the side of a laptop or phone ... what's not to like about all that! If you visit their store page, no wonder all the different colors [besides red] are "currently unavailable", they must have sold-out after, i suspect, once the word spread. P.s. NOT taking a star away for this... My only complaint is, seems like alot of modern over-ear enclosed headphones have to small of earpad openings... or , let me re-phrase that... my Dumbo-ears (mainly ear-lobe) are to big for "most" over-ear headphones (except an old pair of Logitec-G930's i have, LoL). So just like with ear-buds, i wish manufacturers would send a second pair of ear pads with headphones, that have a bigger opening. I mean, i can tell on these [others] there is room under the lip of the current pads to be able to make a bigger opening to except my whole ear inside, without having to tuck in earlobe. THere still comfortable with ear-lobe under edge of pad but after a few hours, when i take them off, a little twingy. THank for the great headphones ! ... show more

  • Bluetooth NEVER worked
Color: Black-Red
I've had these for almost 3 months Sound quality good and headphones are comfortable. Have been using wireless USB which is ok if I'm in front of my PC. However, connection distance is very limited, sound breaks up at about 10 ft. No problem, switch to Bluetooth right? WRONG. Connection never worked, tried ALLthe troubleshooting steps on the product page and web. No go. Never switched into pairing mode which is supposed to be confirmed by audio feedback. If you need bluetooth do not buy these. UPDATE, June '26: The manufacturer's Customer Support was very responsive to my review. They offered a refund or a replacement; I chose the latter. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same problem. At least they went out of their way to resolve the issue promptly. Updated review to 3 stars ... show more

  • Amazing Value (and pretty pink) Amazing Value (and pretty pink)
Color: White-Pink
I was contemplating spending $100+ on a new headset but so glad I didn't! Switched from a Steel Series wired headset and I'm super happy with the change. The color is soo pretty and the LEDs (one static color) work really well with the pink. The mic LED also toggles when the mic is on/off, which I find very useful. I wanted a wireless set so I could play in a more comfortable chair away from my desk and I haven't had any connectivity/range issues. It actually stayed connected while I was in the kitchen on the other side of my house, huge plus! I've used it for maybe 12 hours over the span of 2-3 days without charging (lights turned on) before needing to charge. If you play for a few hours every day like I do, I think you'll really enjoy the battery life these have. Headset weight is down to personal preference, but I enjoy mine on the lighter side and these are up my alley for sure. If you want a heavier and more "premium" feel, probably not for you. I don't feel much pressure/head squish like I do with bulkier headsets, and they fit well with my glasses over a span of 3-5 hours without pain/discomfort. The bass is pretty intense when you first try these. You could use software to adjust that but I've found it actually makes FPS games easier when listening for footsteps, so I've just gotten accustomed to it. I've had a few friends compliment the mic quality and even ask where I got my new headset. I normally talk very quietly and need to have my mic volume maxed on everyone's end, and people have actually been able to lower my voice in calls now, so this has been great! My only con so far would be the pink version costs more?? I got them on a deal where they were the same price as the others but seriously.. Pink tax on headphones is crazy 🙄 ... show more
