Looks good, nice and loud. Lots of static when no music is playing. Shuts music off while in reverse, like silence can make you see better or something. You have to press the screen really hard to get a response. Does not work with steering wheel controls, you have to have a separate module for that. Volume knob entirely too small. Back up camera is very dark, good luck with it. Great price. Paid 230 for the install. Sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth by itself. Haven’t used the usb etc. I bought it for the wireless Apple CarPlay and it works. Fast shipping, will order from seller again.

Radio gets plenty loud and bluetooth works good. But the carplay lags out and acts like a skipping cd till the whole radio shuts off and restarts

So for a 22 year old car, this is a reasonable upgrade and carplay works fine. Not simple to put in but if you are reasonably mechanical, it is doable.

This is an unbelievable little head unit. Can't believe how well it works. Installation is simple. The edges are smooth, no tabs to interfere with installation. The brackets are flexible and versatile. The kit comes with a bezel so no additional parts needed. The unit boots quickly and instantly connects to my Android with full wireless Android Auto. I expected a slow Bluetooth connection, but this is fast, about 5 seconds. The touch screen is fast, sensitive and smooth. The unit is fun to navigate and setup. You can customize colors and pretty much everything else. The unit ships with 4 x 60 watt power. Which is amazing considering the size. The Bluetooth antenna is very strong. In addition it has USB for additional devices, AV in and out. Full amp RCAs out. Amazing for its size. In addition you get bonuses. Remote control, wires to adapt your steering wheel controls and a backup camera. The only negatives are the boot screen is ugly... has a lime green logo.. it only displays for a second. The backup camera is eh... it works, but has a fishbowl lens and I think it's like 720p. But you can add a better camera if you want. It's a bonus so. Also I have a 4k backup camera... so no biggie for me. I love this unit. Very impressed and happy. I will be buying another one for my other project.

Installation was easy. Sounds good enough for what I want. Radio reception seems iffy at times even with an antenna booster. The Bluetooth volume for some reason is WAAAAAAAY lower than my radio volume.

Remarkably easy install, using the Metra dash and wiring kit for Volvo XC70s. This unit was slightly wider than opening in the dash kit, I just filed the sides down a bit and it fit perfectly. The outside shape fit into the actual dash flawlessly and it was an exact color match. Wiring it up - always the unknown - was trivial, match color to color from the wiring kit to the wiring adapter supplied with the stereo. Holding my breath after making all the connections and reconnecting the car battery, it...fired right up. I suppose I have low expectations but for everything to work, first time - that's a pleasant experience. The Scan function found all the local stations for both AM and FM and memorized them. Connecting to my Android phone WIRELESSLY took 1 minute and all of sudden I had the full Android Auto on the screen, again, amazing. The sound quality is excellent and I haven't yet had a chance to dial it in. This unit is a winner if it keeps running.

First time I tested it on battery lt work was a little bit laggy but not a problem was excited to find a stereo that kinda fits . Although fast forward couple months I finally got the chance to install. The screen would turn on than off, even did multiple test runs like put it on a dewalt battery and even car battery to ensure it wasn’t the wires. Safe to say it wasn’t the fuse nor wires it was the product itself. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend to buy it will fail on you within months.

The unit lighted and connected wireless to my Android Auto almost automatically, so that part was good. However, I could never make the unit sound work. I checked and rechecked the wire connections, yellow, black and red were properly connected, otherwise the unit would not have got powered. I even tried to connect the blue and white cable (remote/amplifier cable) -not to confuse with the blue cable for the antenna- together with the red cable (accessory/ignition) as that is a problem on some cars for the sound not to come out if the car build-in sound amplifier is not powered. The 8 speakers cable is no-brainer as it follows the ISO standard, and I even did the 9V battery check to every of my car speakers and they worked. Finally I checked with a couple of local car audio shops and they told me that the only issue they could think about is the unit not working properly. So I had to return this unit and bought a different brand.
