The watch is fantastic it works very well the only thing there was a problem was the box came with instructions with all languages except for English the Box had instructions but it was not in English it was in German French Spanish Etc but there were no English instructions the Box itself had no English on it as well the little instructions and manuals were not in any English so I had to go to YouTube in order for me to learn how to use the Fitbit watch but other than that which took me a little while the Fitbit does work well and thank God the Fitbit information on the watch itself was in English. ... show more

    • Google has totally screwed up FitBit
If I had known that Google bought out FitBit, I wouldn't have bought this device. All I want to do is to replace an older device that stopped working. Getting this device connected to the FitBit app is nearly impossible: Full name, date of birth, and other Google Account settings that I can't get past. Very frustrating. Be aware that you will also have to "agree to Fitbit transferring my personal data, including my health and wellness to Google" And "I consent to Google using my health and wellness data to provide Fitbit products and services , based on my Fitbit setup and in the ways described above. I understand I can stop using Fitbit at any time and delete my data in my Google account". And I agree to the Google Terms of Service and Fitbit Additional terms of service and acknowledge that I have read the Google Privacy Policy and these FAQs on privacy". This is complete BS, and I wish I had never purchased this device that I have to provide Big Brother aka Google, the company from hell, access to my personal data and allow them to share such data as they see fit. ... show more

    • Battery needs recharging frequently
This is my third Fitbit. My Fitbit 4 was working fine but I got the 6 during Prime Days a few months ago because it was deeply discounted. I loved it at first. The battery charge lasted for a week. Over a period of time it lasted less and less. Now it has to be charged every other day. I'm not sure but it might be the new charging cord they went to. I love the watch and all of the features it has but having to recharge it so often is aggravating. ... show more

The trackers work great and for the most part color me happy. The one thing that has always irritated me about the Fitbit is the wrist band. The packaging was opened - not sealed. All of the wording on the package is in German. This item was definitely not new and I'm wondering if it was purchased overseas and then brought to the US to sell at a higher price. My wife bought me my first Fitbit for my birthday last spring. I was excited to track my daily activities and thought we were buying a good name brand that backed it's product. 2 months in and I was really enjoying it untill I jumped into a lake to swim. You know, swimming, one of the activity logs on the watch. The band snapped and the watch sunk. Horrible customer service. We bought my son one as well but immediately returned it. He got a Samsung watch and loves it. I'll be switching from Pixel phone as well once I learned Google owns Fitbit. I've never left a bad review but have given this company 3 months to make it right and by right, I mean at least respond. I've been ghosted by a company, so I'm ghosting them with my money. I bought a Fitbit Charge 6 10 months ago. I just stopped working one day after 6 months. Google replaced the item pretty quickly. The second Charge 6 stopped working 2 months later. Another return. This time I had to wait almost two weeks for a replacement. Two months later, your guess it. Another return and another two weeks. Assuming that this one breaks in two months, I will be out of warranty and moving away from Fitbit! Google has absolutely destroyed Fitbit! ... show more
