Bought this for my son for Christmas. I'm not sure if the one I purchased is defective or the quality of the item is not great. It also eats batteries more than the name brand controller. I don't have the box anymore or I'd return it.

This Xbox 360 controller feel and weight are very similar to the original one. Very easy to setup, just took less than 10 seconds to connect to my Xbox. This is the second edition to our home, since my brother is also playing with me sometimes so I had to purchase this one. It can take regular AA batteries or rechargeable AA batteries. I am planning to buy rechargeable batteries so that I can save money in the long run. Is there any performance difference compared to the original remote?: maybe the vibration is a bit different compared to the original one but that’s not important for me. For me the most important are sensitivity, accuracy and comfortable grip, which all three are present in this controller. I have been using them heavily for the last one week and didn’t find a single problem. But one think I should mention here is that, it doesn’t work with the PC without a Bluetooth receiver or adapter. so make sure you read the description before you buy. But overall, I am very happy with this controller, will update the review if I see any changes with the performance.

Works for xbox 360, but sticks sometimes causing unwanted movement. Also, I knew going in that it did this but wanted to repeat other comments. This controller doesn't turn off when you turn 360 off. You must disconnect the battery pack each time.

So over the past 3 months I've ordered three of these controls from this seller. The controllers are well built and have the look and feel of the original controllers that came with old XBOX 360. The 1st controller worked perfectly, the 2nd and 3rd had issues with the analog stick not functioning precisely. You would move it in one direction and the character would go in an opposite direction. The 3rd controller was the replacement for the 2nd one. Unfortunately, this replacement controller had similar issues with the analog stick so I ultimately returned it for a refund. During this back and forth the Seller was very prompt and courteous. The original replacement was shipped out very quickly and when I returned that one for a refund, Amazon never processed it. It would always show as pending even though they acknowledged receiving the unit back from me 2 weeks ago. Amazon has seemingly shut down all avenues of customer support during COVID so I could not reach anyone via phone or email for help. I reached out directly to the seller about this and they stepped in and promptly took care of the refund for me even though Amazon was actually obliged to do so. So despite having a minor technical issue on a couple of these units, I will still purchase from this seller again because of their outstanding customer support!
