These are great, they crimp very solid (be sure to get the correct crimp tool for this style), they have internal glue so not only do they shrink with hear the glue seals them tight.     • Great spade connector!
Heat shrink definitely does its job and shrinks down to a great size, nice and tight over the jacket of the cable ! Only thing i would change about it, is that the heat shrink, when heated at the tip of the spade shrinks over the opening of the spade. Which means that you would either need to cut back on it a bit before installing it/ applying heat, or installing it to your switch or rocker before heating it up. Due to the fact i was installing it on the back of a plastic switch and housing, i did not want to apply the heat to the connector after it was installed, as it might have melted the plastic. Might also be difficult depending on accessibility without a heat gun to not melt the jacket on the wire or plastic around it. Simply using a razor to cut off the end did the trick! Will definitely buy and use again! ... show more

On a boat console I needed to get a lot of ends for fuse to switch, and back from switch. This was the best thing while working few hours at a time the jar was by far the best. The hear shrink is really high quality with the silicon stuff locks the wire in great. Now project done and a perfect jar holds the extra tell next project. You will need a heat gun they are the real stuff. I put a picture of the start not to brag about the finished. ... show more

    • These are truly the only connectors
They got it right, with their crimping tool, and a heat gun, splices are solid and protected from corrosion. Knock off crimping tools do not provide a tight crimp, spend a little extra and get the Wirfly tool.
