  • Backlight Doesn't Work But Cute Product!
Style: White and Pink/round keys
This is such a cute product! I got the pink and white keyboard. Unfortunately, the backlight does not work when connected to my MacBook regardless of tinkering around with the keyboard setting and trying various things to get it to work. Even tried it on a Chromebook and it still didn't work. Keeping it anyway though because of how cheap and because it is still so cute! I'm really enjoying it! I love typing on it for my school work! It does have a "cheap" feel to it. You get what you pay for. Overall, I can't say I regret buying it because I'm enjoying using it regardless of the backlight not working :) ... show more

  • Get what you pay for
Style: White and Pink/round keys
The keyboard is ok. It’s not really sturdy. It doesn’t have any grip at the bottom meaning it slides everywhere on the desk even with a pad under it. It’s very lightweight. However it gets the job done. Next time I’ll pay a little more to get more quality.

  • Not as advertised
Style: White and Pink/round keys
It's a nice keyboard and I needed a replacement, and I figured, why not get a backlit one for when I'm working after dark? I like the look of it and it is very clicky and satisfying. I have to slow down a little bit because I'm not used to the keyboard yet but so far it types well. Well, only three things wrong: 1) it's very flimsy. I can be hard on my keyboards but it feels like if I press the keys too hard, I would snap it in half. The frame is very lightweight but it is very flimsy. 2) it WILL move around the workspace. I usually work on a larger mat, but it's still sliding across it. To combat the sliding, Ive temporarily wrapped the feet in rubberbands, but the keyboard will still slide. 3) It won't light up! Nothing I do will turn on the light! All fn+scrlt will do is turn down the brightness of my monitor. The whole point of this keyboard is that it lights up! But it won't! Otherwise, it seems like a decent backup keyboard so I'm going to just keep it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the price! I always wanted the type writer style keyboard and let’s just say I love it!!! It’s not very loud and it functions great! There’s no delay and the quality is great!

  • it sure is a keyboard.
Style: White and Pink/round keys
I needed a keyboard ASAP because my old one had broken to the point where I couldnt even cleverly hack it to work anymore (control key became permanently pressed down. dont think I even have to say why that's a pain..) I'm sincerely low on cash and needed something FAST, so this was the most reasonable option I could find for "Quick, Cheap, and Good Enough, I Guess." I had really wanted something backlit so it wouldn't be too hard on my eyes, but unlike the pictures, lo and behold, you cant change the backlight layout, just turn it on with the scroll lock key. I was hoping to change it to just a solid color, but no dice. Obnoxious rainbow, and not even the same color rainbow as the photos, which I frankly would have preferred. the keys aren't super "clicky", they more kind of hiss, i've had silent scissor switches with more feedback than these things. the spacebar DOES occasionally makes an almost electrical sounding "pop", which would be cool if it didnt scare the daylights out of me or make me worried, but it's probably because the spacebar isnt given auxilliary attachment with unpowered switches-- just a metal spring. It's definitely made to have some kind of desk mat underneath it- if you dont have one and you have a particularly harsh hand (or are just trying not to accidentally tap any other button; the keys are almost remarkably both under-sensitive and over-sensitve at the same time-) the thing skitters all over your desk like a dropped ice cube. All in all it does what I need it to do- which is punch inputs into the employment-necessary electric fairy box while I wait for the arrival of the keyboard I actually wanted to begin with. TLDR: performs the function of a keyboard, sure, but has so many contingincies that you probably should just spend 30 - 50 USD and get one that doesnt suck if you are the Average PC User (tm) who uses a PC as an email, google, and purble place machine; or 20 to 30 USD for your "dear bezos please let your amazon one-day save me from corporate nonsense" Hail-Mary to use as your backup/spare. Love yourself more than this. ... show more
