I bought this the day after I broke my heel without doing any research. It certainly was a tremendous help as before this I had to hop with a walker. It was very easy to roll on carpet but it didn't feel as sturdy as I'd like. After a couple of days I realized that I'd need something more heavy-duty and with larger tires. The one I got is heavier and definitely doesn't roll on carpet as easily as this one does; but I feel more secure on it. This would be fine for a younger person. ... show more

It is a good knee scooter other than you shorted me the screw to hold the front and rear pieces together with , it would be nice if you sent me the screw for that because the one I’m using keeps coming unscrewed at times.

All the bolts keep coming loose. Needs lock washers and tires are not good for rough surfaces. Your hands and arms are really jarred when going over any seams or rough terrain

    • Great product with one design flaw
This has been a lifesaver, since I broke my ankle. However, there is one design flaw. If you turn the wheels too far to the left or the right, the bike will fall over. They should’ve made it so could only be turned so far. Other than that, it’s great.

    • A bit unstable
I like the fact that the front wheels can be positioned in a sideways position making transport easy. It actually sits on the floor of the car behind the pass seat. The part I dislike is the wheels, and the brakes. The wheels are a hard substance (plastic?) so going over transition strips, rugs, etc, is not easy and I had it topple once with me on it. The worst is the yellow handicapped ramps with the raised dots. I found I need to actually pick up the front as I cannot go over them. Pneumatic tires would be a safer alternative. I find the brakes don't really work well either. Next time I'll spend more time and search for a different model. It did come a day early, so that was a plus! ... show more
