I love these chairs so much, it took 15 minutes each to put them together! Very simple to read directions, basically 3 steps and its put together. For the price, the value far exceeds expectations, sooo comfortable... love the feel, I believe the quality is excellent, delivery was quick, the delivery charge was a bit much but added to the price it was definitely worth the extra cost, due to the quality, ease of assembly and the overall feel sitting in the chair. There is 2 push back positions of the chairs, the furthest position is farther than I expected, I definitely can nap in this chair! The colors are just like advertisements, Over the top happy with my investment. I used these to replaceI the old "Jack knife" couch in our travel trailer, the sizes of the chairs for the space was spot on!... we love to "glamp", and we travel a lot, no less, and definitely more than 10 trips a year, so style and comfort was a big must! ... show more

I'm so glad I bought this chair. It's good-looking and easy to assemble (takes 15 minutes, just like the directions said). It's not the softest fabric, sort of rough and linen-y, but the massage and heat functions are heavenly. Once I sat down, I didn't want to get up; I almost dozed off, I was so comfy. Nice chair! Heat and massage (vibration, not kneading massage) works well. Nice linen material. The only complaint is that it is a little hard to get the foot rest to raise unless push hard. LOVE THIS CHAIR! It was easy to assemble although we did have difficulty sliding the arms down because the padding was hard to pull back to expose the slots, but after a while we got it. It's very comfortable. I had double knee replacement and it's hard for me to get up out of most chairs, but this one is tall (I'm 5'9") and had no problems. The chair is well built and confortable. I'm 6' and 250#'s and the chair is very sturdy and relclines smoothly with little effort. The fabric used for upholstering is of good quality and appears to be stain resistant as it cleans easily. This chair was money well spent.

    • The Chair I Had to Rig Like a Backyard Science Experiment

This chair arrived looking like it had potential — classy tufted fabric, wingback style, the whole “I belong in a fancy reading room” vibe. But the moment I opened the box, I realized I wasn’t assembling a chair… I was building a personality test. You have to attach the back, the wings, the feet, and probably your will to live. I can’t even remember all the parts — it felt like IKEA and a jigsaw puzzle had a chaotic baby. Then came the best part: The chair was missing the major screw that makes it recline. Not a decorative screw. Not an optional screw. THE screw. The “this is literally a recliner” screw. Customer service offered to send more screws, which would’ve been adorable… except the hole where the screw goes was missing the metal insert entirely. So they basically offered me screws for a hole that didn’t exist. A philosophical problem, really. At that point, I just wanted to return it. And then the plot twist: Return shipping: $90. Ninety. Dollars. To send back a chair that didn’t even recline. A chair that arrived like a group project missing half the group. So what did I do? I did what any resourceful, fed‑up human would do: I rigged the chair together, made it functional enough to sit on without collapsing, and donated it like a half‑fixed rescue animal. Somewhere out there, someone is sitting in that chair right now thinking, “Huh. This recliner feels… determined.” Bottom line: Cheaply made. Missing parts. Missing metal inserts. Costs almost as much to return as it did to buy. One star for existing. One star for being donated. Zero stars for everything else. ... show more

This chair was donated to me by friends who were interested in helping me with my recovery from hip surgery. It had all the features I was looking for, but I'm disappointed in it, because when you sit down, you can feel the motor or something under the seat. And it lands right on my sciatic nerve. So I've had to put down three pillows--one on the seat itself (a square, European style sham sized pillow) and two regular pillows to provide back and neck support. It is a little hard to push back the recliner and pull it back, but that may relax after I've used it a bit and loosened it up. I've managed to sleep more since my surgery, because the chair does provide some anti-gravity support for my back, but it will not lock all the way back. I do have less sinus congestion issues by reclining instead of laying flat. However, I can't sleep through the night on it because I wake up with some unexplainable pressure on my chest muscles. So I sleep half the night in my bed and half the night in the chair. It does the job, but not as well as I had hoped it would. If they had put more padding between the machinations of the massager and heater and the surface of the seat cushion, I might have given it a higher rating. In fact, a little more padding overall might have improved its looks--it's kind of boxy looking. It is easy to get in and out of, and I'm a petite sized woman, so my feet still dangle a little bit. I hope this helps. For the money, it's not a bad chair. Just not as nice as a more expensive chair might be. But the massage and heat features work and it does recline with a little effort, but then I'm still weak from surgery, which is why I need to make that little effort. ... show more
