I couldn’t be any more happier about this powerful unit. Everything is sturdy down to the individual wine trays. The trays are very sturdy and slide out with confidence with no looseness.. The unit was up to temp within a hour and wine chilled ready to sip.. The locking mechanism is sturdy with not much play. The many options of trays is what sold me the most. The wine refrigerator was delivered by UPS timely. The packaging was outstanding. To unpack, there were straps around the shipping container to cut but unboxing only required lifting the top cover straight up and you are left with the refrigerator sitting on a base. Easy to get a dolly under it and move it into the house and adjust the legs and slide it in. At that time we discovered that one of the pull out shelves had been mounted higher on one side so that when the shelf above it was pulled out it would rub on the bottle on the lopsided shelf. I sent pictures to the manufacturer who advised that the refrigerator would need to be replaced. The replacement arrived within a week. This seller always responded promptly to my emails. I recommend both the product and this seller, they are both outstanding! ... show more

Let's face it: I don't really need a wine and beverage refrigerator. My favorite wine is Manischewitz wine, and the closer it tastes to cough syrup, the better I like it. My wife, on the other hand, really likes a good glass of wine, and we store our bottles in the pantry, which means they are not well preserved, and really not ready to serve when we're ready to drink them. This Wine and Beverage Refrigerator looks to make all that a thing of the past. My impressions: - It looks very elegant. We have it sitting in our library, and it is not out of place there. - It is very heavy. This surprised me. The delivery guys left it sitting on my front porch, and when I went to bring it in, I could barely budge it. I had to go get my hand truck to move it in. By the way, the manual says that two people should be used when moving/uncrating the unit. However, you can't read the manual until you uncrate the unit. - The refrigerator has two zones, with different temperature controls for each. The manual says that red wine goes in the higher temperature zone, and white wine in the lower temperature zone. To test it, I put a variety of beers in the lower temperature zone. Worked fine, but please don't tell my wife. - The refrigerator is relatively noisy when the compressor kicks on. It's a loud hum, much louder than my kitchen refrigerator. It may not be appropriate in areas where you expect quiet, like a child's room. It may not be appropriate there for other reasons, as well. - There is an internal light that provides some illumination from the top. You have to open one of the doors to turn on the light. It would have been nice if there was an external switch for this. - It's kind of pricey. We got the unit through the Amazon Vine program, so it wasn't expensive for us, but I'm not sure I'd pay the listed price for a wine refrigerator. Overall, I like this Wine and Beer refrigerator. It helps solve a (minor) problem, it looks elegant, and it's a great conversation piece when we host parties. This is a product I'm happy to have. Recommended! ... show more

The wine cooler is nice. Good quality, although the packaging was a little rough on the outside, but it was really well packed and insulated, so no issue there. Have both white and red wine in there and does a good job keeping them at the right temperature. Looks really good and does the job. The media could not be loaded. The video shows the issues. Disappointed and hoping Wineboss will rectify these issues or I will have to return. Update: Wineboss stands behind their product. They worked very hard to rectify the problem and, though I could not get a 15” fridge with the temps I wanted, we did work to come to a satisfactory resolution. I contacted Wineboss and they were quick to respond and help diagnose the issue. They were super helpful and sent out a new fan.
