I recently tried the Wormwood Massage Stick and Pillow and have had a mostly positive experience. The massage stick is great for targeting sore muscles, especially after a long day or a tough workout. The design is ergonomic, making it easy to hold and maneuver. It provides a nice, deep massage, and I’ve noticed it helps relieve tension in my back and shoulders. The pillow is surprisingly comfortable and adds a nice layer of relaxation during massages or even when just resting. It’s soft but firm enough to provide support. My only issue is that the materials feel a little delicate, and I’m not sure how long the stick and pillow will hold up with frequent use.
