Amperage ratings: 30A for 12AWG, 40A for 10AWG, 55A for 8AWG. The pure copper conductors allow for ultra-low resistance to insure maximum electrical efficiency for your solar system!
• Quick and easy connection system: Each PV wire arrives terminated with one male PV Connector and one Male PV Connector that are compatible with all industry standard PV Connectors, making it easy to install the cable within your solar system. The PV Connectors are weatherproof and waterproof (IP67 rating) and can withstand extreme heat and cold.
• PV solar extension cable is outdoor rated with a heavy duty, durable XLPE insulation making it resistant to heat, cold, UV sunlight, and abrasion. Operating temperature range -40C to 90C (-40F to 194F) in wet or dry conditions. UL4703 PV cable is also rated for direct burial use.
