I ran short of solar wire so I purchased this in a pinch. They have queried great thus far without issue. They are considerably thinner then the other brand 10ga wires. The red and black is a nice touch vs all black. Will not purchase again but for need and price was a decent buy.

Nice heavy cable but still has good flexibility, seems durable hope it holds up in the sun as it sits on my travel trailer's roof. It does say that it is UV rated but we'll see.

    • Sticky connectors, make them difficult to unplug

After having compared these to a set of Renogy cables and some Renogy MC-4 connectors, the lower quality of the WindyNation connectors is pretty obvious. They're sticky to put together and take apart, and it's more difficult squeezing the retainer clips while separating them. The Renogy connectors work smoothly and squeezing the clips is much easier, making them easier to separate when desired. The wire itself seems fine, uncoils and recoils easily. ... show more
