I found a small gravel pit on the windshield near the passenger side, and thin crack lines had appeared next to it. After drying the glass, take out this set of repair tools and follow the step-by-step instructions. The whole process is easier than imagined. After completion, the original obvious white marks have faded a lot, and they are not so eye-catching from a distance. I rarely deal with car glass myself, so this kit with clear steps is more friendly to novices. There are three portions in a box, which can be stored separately without opening them all at once. I put the rest in the garage tool cabinet so I can take them out early and deal with them if a similar little crack pops up in the future.

I drive to work on a highway every day, and a few days ago my windshield was hit by a small stone and had an obvious star-shaped crack. I was worried that it would slowly spread if I continued to attend meetings, so I dealt with it on my own as instructed on the weekend. The steps are not complicated. After cleaning the glass, follow the steps in order. It takes about half an hour to complete, and the cracks look much lighter. There are three copies in this set, so you can keep them as spares for both cars at home, and you can put one in the trunk for emergencies. For someone like me who doesn’t usually repair cars, there’s not much pressure to get started. At least when you encounter small damage that just appears, you can deal with it early, and you don't have to go to the repair shop immediately just for a crack.
