  • Note 1: Our tools cannot be used for vehicles that have undergone sheet metal painting. Since the adhesive is a hot melt glue, it is recommended to use high-concentration alcohol to remove the adhesive, which can easily eliminate any residue. Additionally, due to shipping constraints, this kit does not include alcohol. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Note 2: Due to the cold weather, hot melt glue may be prone to cold adhesion, resulting in poor bonding. It is recommended to use a heat gun to warm the dent area of the car before applying the glue. After applying the glue, quickly press it onto the car surface. Additionally, to ensure optimal performance of the adhesive, make sure the surface to be bonded is free of moisture or dust.

  • It is a very complete and good quality kit!
The best of the best, it's a very complete kit. I haven't used it yet, but its parts feel resistant and are of excellent quality. I'm really very satisfied and would buy it again!

  • Absolutely ready to work.
The kit is packed with care. All tools are in a very orderly arrangement. Instructions are clear. The tools are all very high quality and easy to use. The extent of the tool pieces encourage you to try operations you haven't even thought of yet.

  • No way I’m paying Body Shop prices. They think they’re brain surgeons
Everyone should have this kit, those that have a vehicle. My daughter’s car got hit in the rear end and the culprit didn’t stop, hit and run. I took it to the body shop and was told it would cost $3,500-4k to repair it. I told them that I could do it myself before I even knew about PDR kits. Now that I have this kit I know I can do it. There are countless videos online demonstrating the magnificence of this kit. All I’m waiting for is warmer weather and I’ll pull the fender out, shape it, sand it, primer it and paint it. It boggles my mind that anyone would pay 4K to fix the dent. For 4K I’d rather invest in my own skills, tools, education, and practice. Look at the picture and tell me that’s $4,000 dollars worth of damage. It’s a 2012 Ford Focus SE that I paid $3,500 for last fall. I’ll fix it for a couple hundred in this kit, bondo, primer and paint. ... show more

  • Satisfied!
Got this kit for my father-in-law. He was able to get his car looking a lot better. He was pleased with the product, so I am as well!

  • Have not owned long enough for 5 stars
Very Good price for all that's included. One review knocks parts (major tool) that are a hard plastic. Well if you want pro tools pay pro prices. As much or more "per tool" than this entire kit. A well made "plastic" cast &/or milled will hold as well or better than a poor cast aluminum or steel product. Results from use will be on the user. 1. proper use on the right dent 2. Is it a clean surface, Waxed? Super slick "Nano" coating? All would make a difference on Glue stick adhesion and release. >Something not covered well in description is that tool pictured next to the glue gun (left) and big suction cup (Right). It is a small heat gun (hair drier) body on a plastic scraper. Would you still spray 99% alcohol on a glue tab for release, and then turn on an electric heater right next to it? Should be "Mostly Safe"?? > Also, I bought the 80cm Foldable Reflector board of Amazon. Watched a local Dent shop use one and for me, >Much better for finding Hail damage compared to the yellow lined board included. Tho included dent board does have a mount and would be useful while prying a dent from behind with rods, vrs pulling with a tool covering the dent to watch progress. > Hope this review helps ... show more

  • May be a skill issue but…..
None of the glue will stick to the tool long enough to actually pull a dent

  • Not as expected, pretty disappointing.
The item arrived quickly and was packaged well. I encountered several problems in trying to use this kit on a dent in my daughter’s car. I thoroughly read the directions and watched several YouTube videos regarding this type of body repair work. I took my time and followed the recommended steps involved but was disappointed by several aspects of this kit. The hardware seemed to be of ok quality but the biggest issue was due to the glue sticks or the plastic pull tabs that came with the kit. None of the different color/types of glue sticks in the kit provided the level of hold I needed to get very far along in the repair without releasing from the plastic tabs almost as soon as I could see the dent starting to move. The black sticks provided almost no hold but the adhesive was the easiest to remove. I expect they are for light dents in the middle of a body panel with no creases that require only one or two strokes on the slide hammer to pull out. The clear/ yellowish glue sticks provided the strongest hold on the body panel, but again, almost no hold on the plastic pull tabs. I gave up on the glue sticks, plastic tabs and slide hammer and decided to work on using the supplied hammer punch tool with different size and shape screw in tips to try to tap down some of the high spots at the edges of the dent, but the punch tool, which appeared to be made of aluminum had damage to the threads where the plastic tips screw in. I finally got one of the tips to screw in but the thread damage wouldn’t allow it to seat properly. With my daylight fading quickly I gave up on the repair attempt and began trying to clean off the glue stick adhesive. With a little heat from my heat gun and some spray solvent the black adhesive came off easily. The clear adhesive was a struggle (if only it stuck that well to the plastic pull tabs, this review could have been quite different). It took lots of heating, wiping the heated adhesive off repeatedly with a lot of shop towels, then rubbing compound and cleaner wax to get that stuff off. Still the adhesive removal process would have been ok if I’d been able to pull the dent out even partially. As it was, it just added to my frustration. I later talked to my son who has used similar products in the past and he suggested I get some of the quality glue sticks and give it another try. I suppose I will, but I’m not sure if it was the quality of the glue sticks or the possible quality of the pull tabs that was the issue. The level of difficulty in adhesive removal from the car leads me to believe that the plastic tabs provided are produced in molds that require a release agent, and like similarly made plastics, that “release agent” embeds in the plastic and does the same thing it’s supposed to do when coming out of the plastic molding process. The release agent keeps it from sticking in the plastic mold during production and it’s doing the same thing when attempting to pull out the dent, it’s not allowing the glue to properly stick to the pulling tabs. I’m going to do more research and decide if getting some better quality pull tabs or glue might help. But I might just take it to a body shop and pay the much greater amount required to get the repair handled professionally. If it would have at least worked a little better I wouldn’t have felt like I waisted my money. At this point with the amount of time and effort I put into the process I don’t feel like it was worth the expense. Better glue sticks and/or better plastic pull tabs could have made a huge difference. I don’t expect perfection. I can work around minor issues, but I can’t in good conscience recommend a product that fails on even the slightest level of effectiveness. ... show more
