This tarp is absolute tissue paper.......when I got the package and felt how light it was I knew it was junk. I'm pretty sure most of the positive reviews on here are lumped together under multiple different products on here.....Amazon has been getting very bad with that......I'll be lucky if this thing lasts one moderate wind storm......I thought Id save a few bucks by getting this one instead of a similar sized one from harbor freight......I should have spent the extra 15 bucks and got the one from harbor freight......it is MUCH MUCH better quality than this toilet paper......waste of 50 dollars Update 12/26/16......i was absolutely right.....got a rain storm with 15-20 mph winds.....not bad at all....tore right open like toilet paper.....please save your money and buy something better

I bought this to replace a tarp I'd previously purchased from Home Depot but had misplaced. After the replacement arrived (and was opened and used) of course the original one I owned turned up, which allowed me to compare the two a little more closely. For the price I was very happy with this item. The main difference I noticed were that the Amazon purchase was much thinner than the other one I own. This might be an issue for some, but I found that the benefit of this was that it allowed me to fold it up even smaller and it takes up less space than the Home Depot version. I used mine as a tarp for creating my own container gardening mix, as well as for laying down underneath furniture and items I was painting or spraypainting and for both purposes it worked very well. Very happy with purchase and will come back to update the post to share how the product holds up over time and use.

This was a very bad idea to buy a tarp on line, generally we get them from Walmart and can actually feel the thickness of it, but unfortunately for me I didn't, ordered it, thought it would be a good deal, We went camping, raining and storms, it is fine, we always cover our tent with a tarp. Opened up our NEW tarp it was poorly made could see through many areas, thought well should be ok...... No it wasn't, first night light rain, wind, went to store for a minute when we came back tarp was off the pole because the ring gave way pulled right out of the tarp, and also 2 others,. My husband rigged it up and we just needed to get through 1 more night...... Rain and thunderstorm, rained inside the tent, through thin area, at least it wasn't on the bed! Very poor quality, DO NOT buy this tarp, we rolled it up and chucked it in the dumpster on our way out of the campground

This is a good size covering for something that is not out in the elements. Extremely thin material, with almost NO body......slightest breeze and this thing is all over the place. Not what I expected...…………..put in a few more dollars and order something thicker gauge with more durability.

For anyone who has bought tarps before you know the blue tarps are cheaper material. At least all that I’ve seen in a store. This one is also but it is sturdier. I need a tarp for a project and ordered the 20x20 for ($28) I believe. Less than ($30) which is a great price for the size. Now if your just going to cover things with this tarp then I absolutely recommend it. And if your going to do light work on top of it, why not? But add a bit of weight and you may see the strain, I did. So I gave it 4 stars because of the price and it’s doing the job.

this product should be removed from amazon. . I ordered it in time of need from a hurricane . I wanted it to protect things and wow was i shocked when i got this . Its paper thin there is no way its 5 mil like listed in the description .. very disappointed , Amazon you should be ashamned having products like this ...

It’s a great tarp! It’s huge too! I have an 8 man tent and this tarp fits above or below my tent with plenty of extra feet to spare! And it’s water proof! Seems very durable and good construction! I’ve owned for almost a year and plan to have for a very long time!

Opened up package. Tarp is already warn at the edge in one spot. Some grommets are missing on one side and on the other, 3 grommets were barley attached to the tarp. Doubt they will hold at the first big wind storm. Would not recommend.
