Im about as ditzy and uncoordinated as they come. I did have to take it off (easy) and remove the backing, my fault, lol. But it goes on like a breeze! Use plenty of water on both sides and squeegee out to nearest edge (top, side, bottom) I'm ordering another for the other side of my slider. Just wanted to try one side first and I love it! Privacy during the day, but I can still see out! Others have complained about seeing in at night. Well, it states that in the description. I don't care, because my drapes are closed at night. I got the mirrored film because it's the best to see out of, no pattern inside, mirror on outside looking in. Thank you for a great solution to being all closed in all day, hiding from the sun...and the neighbors!!

It seems like a good quality film, blocks visibility and UV while allowing room-brightening light, and looks nice. BUT, I recommend using a rubber-bladed squeegee rather than the included hard plastic applicator. I trusted the instructions and used it, thinking all was well while smoothing out bubbles while the film was still wet. But when the film dried, I found that the film's frosted texture was scraped off near the edges and corners where the applicator was most used, so the film has a botched appearance in direct light. I learned the hard way, and will probably end up replacing the film. So the "great value" becomes twice as expensive. Learn from my mistake and avoid the plastic applicator!

Love that all tools are included!!! I bought the “tinted” film. I love the price, easy installation, and ease of cutting. I’m so happy this is NOT mirror tint but it is close to it because it does still provide an adequate about of privacy, which I love!! I used this tint to cover the glass on our storm door. We have three fur babies and it not only help with heat from the sun but it definitely creates privacy during deliveries or solicitors. Looks great for my need. Oh and I love the variety of size options available here…

Not as pretty as a clear window, but it does seem to be helping already and I wanted to decrease the amount of sun damage done to my furniture but still have the curtains open. It was pretty easy to put up, it does want to curl at the corners and I keep wetting it back down to make it stay. the good thing is I can take it down this fall and re use it again next summer
