  • Can't Beat WindOne In Quality And Customer Support! Excellent E Bike!
Style: S14/Matte Black
My first E Bike and most likely not my last! I purchased this during the July Prime sale so the deal was unreal. It's about the same price now with a Lightning sale going on. If you are on the fence about an E Bike and don't want to drop a bundle on your first purchase then this is the one I suggest! First it ships from Amazon which to me was a deal breaker. I didn't want to buy an E Bike on Amazon that is shipped from China. To me that is taking a huge risk of never getting what you paid for with basically no recourse so check the page for where the E Bike ships from. First this review is for the S14 version which has 14 inch wheels. It has a 350 Watt motor with a peak of 500 Watts. If you are worried this may not be enough then opt for the S16 or even go with one of their other bikes with higher powered motors and batteries. It arrived quickly after ordering and came intact. It took about ten minutes to put it together since in reality it's already complete except for attaching the quick mount handlebar assembly, seat and pedals. The only real thing I had to "install" were the pedals since they have to be screwed on. The pedals are marked "L" and "R" so you know which side to install to. It's not rocket science. You will have to put air in the tires since they ship deflated (understandable). Look closely at the minimum and maximum air pressure (cold) when you fill the tires. Make sure all the friction fittings are tight and secure so nothing changes as you ride it (like the seat dropping down low). Once it's all put together you may want to adjust the head light but that can wait till night and with a fully charged battery. Charge the battery fully with the included charger. It will take some time so be patient. I think the initial charge took about five hours. One thing to note is the battery charger gets quite toasty under full charging. I used a high tech thermometer to measure the temperature on all parts of the charger. It reached a maximum temperature of 135F. I suggest leaving the charger block on it's side during charging for maximum heat dissipation. As the battery charge nears completion the charger cools. One thing I suggest which may not be a big deal these days with these batteries is never charge it immediately after riding. Let it sit for 30 minutes before charging and be near by when charging. Don't leave the battery on your E Bike during charge. That's my two cents. OK. Now we have a fully charged battery and are ready to test it during our first ride. The battery has a key lock on it so when you install it and insert the key you have to push down or in to turn it. First position will lock the battery and you can remove the key at that point if you intend to go into a store or something. Continue turning the key to the on position (look closely at the key position). At this point you can now push the button on top of the battery to see the battery charge. The key cannot be removed when in the On position. So ignore the instructions that come with the bike saying to remove the key during your rides. It is locked in place in ON. You do get two keys so separate them and keep on at home in case you lose one. Adjust the seat for your comfort and hop on. On the handlebar you have only three buttons. On the right is the On/Off button. When On the display is active as is the rear brake light when you depress either brake handle. Rear brake handle is on the right, front brake handle on the left. The brakes work very well so be careful and don't depress them both at the same time without expecting a quick stop. The Throttle is on the right and is a black "ring" around the handle. Easily accessible and very comfortable to access and use. Go slow the first time so you can see what will happen as you turn the throttle. It will go quite quickly so don't underestimate this E Bike! You can also turn it on and not use the throttle but instead pedal. Again, be ready for it! As you pedal it will very quickly give you "pedal assist" mode and take off! You can easily reach 20 mph give or take 1 mph depending on terrain, weight, etc. I was able to reach a top speed of 23 mph (very impressive). Usually on flat level roads (not dirt or gravel) it easily reaches 15 mph to 21 mph. It has only one speed so no need to worry about shifting gears. My longest distance ride so far is only about 6 miles on a beautiful sunny day and it was bliss. So much fun! I ride it a short distance 6 days a week and after 6 weeks it still has 2 out of 4 battery bars. The display panel is basic but it provides all the information needed. Pros: Sturdy dependable build quality, excellent battery life, comfortable ride in all regards, foldable for those wishing to transport it to other locations, looks really nice, small luggage rack on the back, fenders! Cons: The seat release lever is quite narrow so when you depress the lever to raise the seat for battery installation or removal do not place your finger straight in to lift the level. It's narrow and your finger may slip off and if that happens you CAN get your finger caught under the lever or between the lever and the seat. Very painful! I hope WindOne makes the seat release lever WIDER in the future. The way to depress the seat release lever is from the side so your finger is not able to slip off. No real other Cons but it doesn't come with mirrors so invest in a decent pair if so desired. Check out the reviews for WindOne and look at all the E Bikes they sell. They are all top rated. Check online and see all the great reviews for WindOne E Bikes. Where others fail (usually with battery fires or bad brakes) WindOne excels. The online reviews on social media sites and on Amazon convinced me to give this E Bike a chance. So happy with it! You will be too! ... show more

  • Awesome Christmas Gift for Myself!
Style: S14/Matte Black
I bought this e-bike as a Christmas present for myself, and it has been absolutely awesome! Assembly: The bike was very easy to assemble and came with all the necessary tools. The battery was fully charged out of the box, so I was able to take it for a spin as soon as I built it, which was a nice surprise. Performance: The motor performs well and provides a great boost when you pedal. My wife, who is lighter, was able to exceed the normal speed limit of the bike, while I could take it comfortably to its maximum speed. The pedal-assist feature is fantastic and makes the ride feel faster and smoother. Comfort: The seat is super comfy and adjustable, making it easy to find the right fit for anyone. The overall riding experience is enjoyable and smooth. Build Quality: The bike feels sturdy and durable. I even did a few jumps, and it handled them well without any issues. It gives me confidence in its build quality. Value: For the price I paid, this bike has been worth every penny. It’s a great investment for anyone looking for an affordable and fun e-bike. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone considering an e-bike! ... show more

  • Good but already having some problems
Style: S14/Matte Black
Good bike for the price but 3 issues so far the first battle was the air pump spout in the back tire was pushed in so it was unreachable. Until we finally figured out it just had to be pulled hard enough out to the side. Second issue the seat keeps moving up and back while you ride it! Even after tightening it as much as you can. Thats annoying but I dont know you can get used to it. Last issue is I had this bike for 1 week only and the bike chain BROKE already. I hope they fix it with the protection plan we got! Ugh!!! For a woman it is quite heavy! It does good though handling bumps, and the bike automatically starts to pump with you when you start to peddle you don’t even really have to hit the toddle, but when you do it goes pretty fast! I DO however thing the light on the bike is a little dumb, it points way up instead of down to the ground and has a ring of darkness so its not the best lighting, maybe I can figure out how to point the light further down but that still wouldn't get rid of the weird ring of darkness its like a dot of light in the middle a ring of darkness and then more light around the ring like a target 🎯I don’t know its not the greatest at night for full visibility although the light itself is pretty bright. ... show more

  • Dangerous Electric Bike – Not Safe
Style: S14/Matte Black
I purchased this electric bike for my son on July 15, 2025, and from day one it has been nothing but problems—serious and dangerous problems. • Missing part at delivery: The bike arrived without the proper attachment for the seat, which meant we had to buy the missing part separately just to make it functional. • Faulty tire valve: Next, we discovered the tube valve on the tire was defective and would not hold air. This required an additional trip to a bike store to repair before my son could even ride it. • Major safety hazard: The most alarming issue happened yesterday—while my son was riding, the entire front tire detached from the bike. He crashed, and while he thankfully wasn’t seriously injured, it could have ended far worse. These are not minor inconveniences; they are critical failures that show this bike is poorly manufactured and unsafe. A missing seat attachment, defective tire components, and a front wheel falling off all point to negligence in both design and quality control. This bike should be immediately recalled. It poses a severe danger to children, and no parent should have to gamble with their child’s safety. Do not buy this bike. It is unsafe, unreliable, and hazardous to ride. ... show more
