Unit arrived with damaged parts. Company said they will replace, but it has been over a month*** - no communication. The turners don't really "turn" the eggs, it barely "sways" them - Id say from (layman's terms) 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock (barely 60 degrees - should be more like 180 degrees - This probably works with quail eggs, NO WAY will it rotate multiple duck eggs - let along ONE goose egg. But: If you hand turn your eggs, then you can fit quite a few in there. This may be a good incubator for my emu eggs next season - I will take the turners out and place multiple humidity and temperature gages in the unit to see its consistency before I put any precious eggs in there. ***UPDATE: After inquiry about the replacement unit, they have refunded me for the entire amount - AT lest this company has some dignity and I find it very noble of them to take care of the situation in the end - I will update from 2-star to 4-star - for (eventual) customer service

This incubator needs better airflow. The temperature is +/- three degrees depending on where the eggs are at. After I installed extra fans the hotspots went awy and hatch ability went up.
