The box was not damaged but when I unpacked everything I saw that one of the corners was damaged and had a piece broken off. It must’ve happened when the item was packed. That’s what you get when you buy something from China. Don’t buy this item!

The instructions need work! Did not make Sense at all 😕 so I had to take apart 2 times! Also there were no holes for he front lock so I had to make my own. Overall I like the look and it is nice a small for my spa.

This product is smaller than anything. I think it goes just midway to my thigh. It’s very short even with the wheels. The door has to be completely wide open for the drawers to come out. It’s just a waste of money.

Broken shelf. Missing one plastic side rail. Hole to fit key lock and side handle were too big so will easily tear later on. Interested to see how long it lasts. If I didn’t need one asap I’d have returned it

The media could not be loaded. I recently ordered the salon trolley, and unfortunately, it’s not at all what I expected. The holes don’t align properly, making assembly difficult and messy. The plastic wheels are poor quality, and although the product description mentioned metal appliance guards, they are actually plastic and melt from heat exposure.
