So far, so good, but I haven't used it much yet. It's sturdy. It fits my Cuisinart convection oven well. All of the things I've made have been easy to get out of the pan without sticking. It's easy to clean. I noticed the complaints that food or oil could get into the joints between the cups and the base of the pan and, once baked on, could be very difficult to dig out. That hasn't happened to me (yet) ... but I'm having trouble understanding why that would be a serious problem, aside from not looking particularly appealing. Apparently, the concern is that bacteria could grow on it and survive storage in the cupboard and, I guess, cause food poisoning. If the food is so far into the joint that you can't get it out even with, e.g., a soft brush ... how would any bacteria in the joint come into contact with and contaminate the next thing you bake in the pan? How many bacteria are going to survive on a dry surface for days/weeks, but also survive baking? And yes, the toxins they produce may be heat-stable, but how could there be a big enough dose of the toxin transferred from the joint to the food to have any noticeable effect on the person who eats it? ... show more

Any baker knows that Wilton is the way to go, and this is no exception. Perfect for making mini muffins or cupcakes. Great quality and easy to clean. Some people mentioned food getting stuck in the seams. These seams are pretty standard in a lot of muffin tins. Just soak and wipe along the seam rather than against it and it should be good as new. ... show more
