Works as expected, fits as expected, four stars because it physically disconnected/separated from the remote while playing and that never once happened with the original plus attachment.

This came exactly how I expected ,tho I got the used one it came in perfect condition . This Wii motion plus for original Wii controller is made for original Wii controllers with no motion plus built in as most of my Wii controllers don’t have built in . And also for the low price of ,this is way cheaper then buying a completely new controller that would be making that more expensive. ... show more

    • Good option for those who recently picked up a Wii U
I picked up two of these *used* from one of the marketplace sellers for under $10 a piece to use with my older Wiimote controllers to use with our new Wii U. Nintendo doesn't make it overly clear as to what games will require Wiimotes to have the MotionPlus capability, but Nintendo Land DOES require it (which is bundled with the Wii U Deluxe/Black system) so it's something they're probably going to push. The adapters I received came with the vinyl sleeves but nothing else, which wasn't surprising since I got them used. I'm assuming they're legit (or at least a very good knockoff), but wouldn't know what to look for to tell the difference anyway. Regardless, they attached to my controllers with no problem and synced up great with the Wii U, and I've been using them with no problems since. I've heard reports of third party devices with the MotionPlus technology having difficulty staying synced to the Wii U, so I was wary of buying something that wasn't an original Nintendo product. At the same time, Nintendo isn't selling the adapters by themselves currently, and buying new controllers at $40 a piece doesn't make sense when you've got perfectly good ones sitting unused with your old Wii. With that in mind, this is probably one of the most affordable ways to get working MotionPlus controllers for your Wii U. Just be wary of your seller - ask questions if you need to. ... show more

It came as scheduled. First, I wanted to have a white one but it wasn't available or more expensive I guess. But, when I got this it looked better than what I had in mind. Worth buying. It not only protects the controller but also feels comfy. Recently, I got the wii sport resort. Before this I only played wii sport for about one month and didn't know what motion plus is. It worked perfect! I had some issues with only controller but it catches motion movement well better. Besides, the price wasn't that expensive when I think about how it gets easier now. ... show more
