I contacted Dan after the unit first arrived and let him know I was having trouble with it. He immediately offered to resolve it and ended up sending me a second console and we figured out the disc wasn't the issue. Turned out I was the issue and was operating it incorrectly. The console, sensor bar, remote, and it's add-ons were clean and functional. The Wii motion plus did not come with it's usual rubber jacket and the nunchuk's gyro is a little sensitive in certain orientations. Both Wii Sports, and Wii Sports resort were also functional, although it did have difficulty reading the latter initially. Beyond the minor complaints and my own paranoia about the sound it makes when inserting a disk, it seems to be in good condition! ... show more

Seller says Amazon takes care of problems Amazon said it up to seller to fix problem they only accept returns. I hate to return it the console works perfect the disk that came with it will not load. All I wanted is a working disk seems easier than dealing with return. Be careful you don't get in a situation like I'm in. ... show more
