I contacted Dan after the unit first arrived and let him know I was having trouble with it. He immediately offered to resolve it and ended up sending me a second console and we figured out the disc wasn't the issue. Turned out I was the issue and was operating it incorrectly. Got a lemon. Turned on long enough to put the game in. Shut off on it's own then wouldn't turn back on.

The Wii is so much fun and entertainment for the whole family. Highly recommended, wish I had got one years ago!. We spend hours with it instead of watching dull movies.

What a great item. Even though its refurbished, it looks new and works great. Delivered on time and packed carefully. It was easy to setup and came with all the items described. This was a wonderful gift for everyone in the house.

The console, sensor bar, remote, and it's add-ons were clean and functional. The Wii motion plus did not come with it's usual rubber jacket and the nunchuk's gyro is a little sensitive in certain orientations. Both Wii Sports, and Wii Sports resort were also functional, although it did have difficulty reading the latter initially. Beyond the minor complaints and my own paranoia about the sound it makes when inserting a disk, it seems to be in good condition! ... show more

Does not come with instructions on setting it up, but we had kept the instructions from a previous purchase and it works fine. Lots of people said they could not get it set up or it didn't work right. Ours is working great so far. We use ours everyday. Great for seniors.
