The media could not be loaded. I bought this wii for my wife and it works exactly how it’s supposed to despite it not being new. All accessories came undamaged and packaged like it was new. The only issue is the wii remotes charging station doesn’t read the remotes too well, but if you position them well enough they start to charge, and I don’t think it’s damaged, I just think it’s sensitive equipment. It reads all my girlfriends game discs from “Donkey Kong”, to “New Super Mario Bros”. All the other accessories like the numb chucks, sensor, and wii itself work. She’s very happy to have it after our cats pushed our old one off the entertainment center 😂. Here’s a video of her trying it out for the first time. The media could not be loaded. 🚨Before buying🚨All of the hardware for the actual console is generic and not Nintendo brand. The only thing that is actually Nintendo is the console. The remotes are fake, the charger or fake, the console cord is super fake and fully cheap, light plastic - I was scared to plug it into my TV. It works, though. the remotes do not hold a charge and nothing plugs in correctly - everything is cheap and wonky. They barely connect to the Wii and do not hold a connection. The device is fully yellow and oxidized, and wrapped in a white Wii skin. I know this happens with time, but it’s gross. The nunchucks are also fake. ... show more

The console itself works really well but it didn't power up at all when we first got it. Very disappointing. Thankfully I received a sore credit from Amazon and bought a new one but that took even longer to wait and use it. The first time I bought it I had to cancel after the shipment wouldn't arrive until 5 days after promised time. Second time I bought it, it arrived on time but the power supply didn't work so do with that what you will. The sensor bar isn't the greatest either but also a cheap buy thankfully. ... show more

Works beautifully. I did have to order another sensor. It came nicely packaged and I am impressed so far. I tested before Christmas because I knew about sensor issues. I found a company that sells new ones online and that one is great!! Christmas morning is going to be great!! Controllers are brand new too!! ... show more

    • Ignore this review- 2nd charge cord worked
Received mine and it wouldn’t turn on. I read reviews so thought it might be the charge cord. Spoke to Amazon, they sent an entire new unit. Guess what?! It turned on, and the other unit turned on with the new charge cord. Got everything set up, now both controllers are on and working (they both turn the units off and on, and selecting “A” turned the game on. But couldn’t get the cursor to work, on either unit—I held it up to the sensor and every now and then it would vibrate but the cursor immediately went away. I tried both sensors and both controllers!! So I’m thinking maybe it’s the sensor. So I ordered a new sensor from Walmart. Still getting the same results!!! I’m putting in for a refund to get my money back. ... show more
