I ordered an excellent condition Wii package. Both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort came with it both unopened. The AV cables, Power supply and sensor bar all came with it in excellent condition. The controller and nunchuck feel good as new and the Wii itself were certified as refurbished but both looks and works as if it's a brand new Wii! All in all, definitely worth it! ... show more

    • Unexpectedly fast shipping and good at customer service
The console and such were as far as I've used it very functional, and what more could you ask for? The shipping was much faster than cited and came half a week early at least. I had asked if I could pay for faster shipping than the original quote and they said they couldn't do it after the fact, but in the end I got it about when I wanted for no extra cost, maybe intentionally which would be nice of them. I did get a dysfunctional remote with buttons that occassionally wont work and it wasn't the built-in one (because they were out of the built-in), but when I expressed that I bought this wii specifically because of the built-in and it was dysfunctional, they sent me a built-in one. I have not received it yet and so can't speak to the functionality, but I very much appreciate them working with me on that. It also didn't come with a stand, but it's not necessary from what I've been able to gather from online research. ... show more

Got this for my boys for Christmas. Unfortunately they got to use it for half a day and it quit working and won’t even turn on extremely disappointed and will be returning it don’t recommend.
