This was a gift for my grandchildren. My daughter said it was easy to get connected & up and running. They have really enjoyed it. It came with one remote control so I purchased 2 extra plus chargers so at least 2 people could play each other at same time. Same issue as what other people had. Wii worked, but the game was badly scratched and did not play. Did a return and received a second one and the game worked, but the game was also badly scratched and did not work. Do better.

When we first received this item, we thought it was broken- it wouldn’t receive a disc. After 5 or six tries, though, it started loading and unloading discs as usual. We think it might have taken a knock during shipping.
