Just bought this "white" version to replace the black one I forget in my Palm Springs hotel in December. I generally keep this at my desk to create a little more air circulation in the warmer weather. This one works just as well as the black one. It comes with a USB charging cable that stretches out to about 30 inches. The lowest setting is fairly quiet, but the other two are a bit noisy. Not something subtle you could use in a quiet office. The three bendable legs are great for adjusting the height of the actual fan or for conforming to different surfaces. {I generally use it on my desk, but I have also used the bendable legs to "clamp" it onto the elliptical. They won't stand up to a ton of jostling, but they will certainly work for many applications.} HOWEVER, if you are looking for a white fan, this is not it. The main body and legs are what most people would describe as creme, and the fan blades are definitely yellow. It reminds me of the color of plastic that has been sun-bleached. This does not impact the functioning, but if you were hoping for pure white (like I was), you aren't getting it here. See my photo with a white index card held up for comparison. My son is two months old, and during maternity leave we would take him out in the shade of his stroller for walks around our apartment complex. I was always afraid that he would overheat even though he was in shade, and slightly covered with a muslin blanket to keep the sun's rays out of his carseat. It's literally worth every penny. It's weird little legs have AMAZING wrapping power, literally I don't think there isn't a place you can't wrap it around. We wrap it to the handle of the carseat. This fan is built very well and isn't cheap, the legs especially! It keeps him perfectly cool! I'll feel his little face with my hand, and it's cool to the touch! While mommy dies of the sun's rays, my precious baby boy naps in the shade and cool breeze of his baby fan. The battery life is amazing too! The beautiful thing about this is it doesn't require batteries, just charge it and it'll last nearly a week without charging. A literal essential to any new mom's arsenal. ... show more

This little fan is great! I do a lot of photoshoots in the heat of Arizona. Even though it emits warm air (unless youre in front of a cooler or A/C of course) it's good to put on your face in between shots cause it gets HOT in the desert
