Took a bit of fluffing as the bangs are totally in the way

This wig worked out perfectly for my Little Mermaid trunk r treat! When I first opened it the bangs were straight up wild and I couldn't see anything as they went all the way to the end of my nose. I left the wig on one of my daughter's baby doll's head for a few days, and tried it on again, and miraculously the wig's bangs finally fell correctly and didn't cover my eyes! Unfortunately, I ordered this wig way in advance, and it ended up laid out on a bedpost, which scared my husband during the night (huge LOL moment), and finally rested on my papasan for a good two weeks with clothes, and kids landing on it. So when I went to put it on again, I had a time of getting the bangs to stay again! This set does come with a wig cap, which was so tight on my small head, that after five minutes I would instantly get a headache. I ended up going to the Dollar Tree, and got a crocheted wig cap that fit so much better. As an FYI, I wear youth hats as size small women's hat's are too big. So, yes, that wig cap is small, and I recommend getting another one. It also comes with a wig comb, which I used, and was perfect!!! It got out all the snarls, removed loose threads, and made it nice and neat. I didn't want to cut the bangs as I'm not good with cutting and didn't want to mess it up, but I did have to bobby pin those things down so I could see. The underside of the wig does have the elastic bands to tighten the wig to fit your head also. For the cheap price, this wig was perfect for my needs, and I do recommend if you need something for a costume. For actual wearing, I wouldn't recommend as you could see the black underlay between some of the hairs on the top.

Beautiful wig that stays put without a lot of adjusting

This is a perfect wig for Aerial hair. My 4 year old daughter wore this for Halloween. At first she didn't like it because of the weight. It is pretty heavy. However, we discovered that in the back of the wig there are 2 little clips that can be used to make the lining tighter on the head. It's MUCH easier to hook these and tighten the wig first, then slide it on the head. When we got it nice and tight on her head, I didn't need to use any bobby pins or hair elastics to hold it in, and it stayed put. This made it more comfortable to wear, and it didn't slip around. She ended up wearing it and loving it, and I loved that I didn't have to adjust it constantly on her. The comb that comes with this wig is pretty useless, but, if you are careful when removing the wig from the packaging, and store it carefully, the hairs stay in place and nicely shaped and it won't need a lot of brushing. This wig is MUCH cheaper than buying one from a store during Halloween, and it easily fit my 4 year old, and would also fit an adult. The color is vibrant and shiny, and has just enough curl at the bottom to have a fun shape.

Pretty good!

So this was my first ever experience buying a wig, and I had never bought one before this so I didn’t really know what to expect. I got this wig mainly for a genderbent kirishima cosplay from My Hero Academia. And also for other characters I felt like using it for. I was really new to cosplaying at the time so I just sorta bought the first wig recommended to me. This wig comes in very good packaging it was very neat and it came with a hair net and a comb which was very surprising, the hair net is very small tho and kept sliding of my head so I don’t use it. The wig is fairly long and very soft! And with my experience with it it doesn’t really shed at all and it’s very easy to brush. And the cap can be adjusted to fit your head. I have a few more wigs now and comparing quality to my other ones it’s pretty decent, of course tho I’ve never had a Arda wig before so I have no idea how this wig compares. Really the only problem I had with this wig is that you have to style it in a very specific way or else the wig cap is seen thru the wefts. I got the red wig and the one I got has a black wig cap so it’s pretty problematic. It would be fine if you wore a hat but for some characters that’s not really an option. Overall I’d say this wig is pretty good and decently worth it it’s your choice if you want to get it or not. But I’m my opinion it’s pretty good!

Love this wig!!!

This wig is absolutely gorgeous!!! It's sooo full and luxurious!! The stocking cap gave me a headache but wore my hair underneath in 2 French braids so it was fine without it. It does hang in your face and the front isn't as curly as the rest, and you can't curl it yourself , but I wore it with a witch hat on for Halloween. I cut 6-8 inches off because it was too long for me. I got soo many compliments on it. I cannot believe the price. It's actually shocking!! Wish they had more colors!! It looks better in real life than these pictures!!!!

Meets Expectations for the Color & Price Point (under $20)
Color: Red
For the price, this is a decent wig & met my expectations. It looks significantly shinier than the photos & I cannot get the bangs to lay as show, even with a brush & hair dryer. Blown out & well brushed, the color gets a bit more matte but again nothing as matte as the product image. Fit: My head is about 21” around. Wig cap is a bit small (the hairline on the wig sits slightly in side of my natural hairline, mostly near the ears). It’s not noticeable unless I pull the hair back. I’m able to get all of my hair in without a wig cap & it fits snuggly on the tightest adjustment. Color: Very bright! It looks a bit hot pink hue in certain lighting but mostly appears vibrant, unnatural red. Construction: Pretty poor. There is short hair near the end of the wig cap that touch my head & neck (itchy). The black wig cap this was built on shows easily. The hairs fall out like crazy unless you brush it while holding the hair in your other hand. Hair started falling out in clumps when I first took it out of the package. Overall: perfect for photos but likely won’t look good after 30 minutes of wear. For the price, it’s great for Halloween but I wouldn’t use this for a cosplay (though I’m going to put in some work to see if I can get it closer to that level of quality).

I absolutely loved how this turned out. I have been wanting to dive into wigs and extensions but always get super frustrated and end up giving up. Not this though I can tell ya that. Easy to understand and the wig cap that comes with it helped figure it out. Definitely excited to dive into cosplaying and just wanting to be purple haired.

Incredibly impressed with the quality of this fun wig, especially considering the very cheap price. Perfect for Halloween costume. Well packaged and even came with a comb and wig cap. Curls held great even after combing through, providing thick, luscious coverage. Beautiful bright purple 32" length synthetic wig. Easy to put on, secure and remove. Again, beyond impressed and highly recommend for costume or one time use.

Nice for the value, 3.5 stars (LONG REVIEW WARNING!)

Overall it's pretty nice. However, the wig does tangle easily, and brushing it too much can make it less curly, requiring it to be re-styled. It sheds a LOT, but despite this still looks fairly thick. The colour is nice. I got the purple one, which is a bit less blue than in the picture while in sunlight. The fibres are rather shiny, but I expected that from a cheap wig. It's not too bad unless it's in bright light. I have a small head, so the wig was a bit large, mostly on top. It slides back after a while if I don't pin it in place. The wig doesn't cover my hair in front of my ears, so if the bangs shift, my natural hair is visible underneath. One nice thing that this wig has that some cheaper ones don't is a patch of plastic-like material at the scalp, giving the illusion of skin under the hair. Lastly, the wig has two elastics with plastic hooks that can be used to tighten the wig. For me, the seam between the plastic piece and the elastic ripped after the first time I put the wig on. The comb is three parts - the plastic body, individual metal teeth, and a plastic bar that goes across to hold the teeth in. If you aren't careful, the plastic bar can pop out, which makes the whole thing fall apart. It can be easily glued back together, though. Not much more to say - it's a comb. The teeth rattle around a bit, not sure if there's any advantage to that or not. The wig cap worked for the first few months I had it, but after that the elastic band at the bottom unravelled, rendering it useless. I picked up another for fairly cheap though. Again, nothing else to say about it. PROS: Thick head of hair It came with the comb & cap Nice colour Pretty good value for the price Heat resistant Wig netting isn't visible at the part CONS: Lots of shedding Shiny fibres Fragile comb Low-quality wig cap Loses style quickly For reference, I bought this product about 7 months ago. It's been through two conventions, and many more hours of casual wear. I've washed it twice and re-curled it several times. It responds well to heat - I used my curling iron on it (not sure what temperature, it doesn't have settings) without any melting or warping. If you plan on styling it in a ponytail or a similar style, be warned that the netting may be visible at the bottom of the wig, near the neck. I'd recommend this for costume use; it isn't of high enough quality that I'd wear it around on a daily basis.
