The best feature is it can be unlocked remotely even I am not home. It is great when family wants to drop off some valuable but I am not home. We are very happy with this smart lock for our home. It offers multiple layers of security and several convenient ways to unlock the door — fingerprint, passcode, digital key, and even a traditional key as backup. Having these options makes it very flexible and reliable for the whole family. My favorite feature is that I receive a notification on my phone every time the door is opened, so I can always see who is coming in and out of the house. It gives us great peace of mind, especially with kids at home. We no longer have to worry about them forgetting their keys and getting locked out, which is a huge improvement over a regular lock. The only thing that would make it even better is if we could lock the door digitally from the outside without needing to carry a physical key. But overall, it has greatly improved both our home security and daily convenience. Highly recommended!

First of all, let me say that this product has the best customer service of anything I have ever purchased. When I was having problems with the installation, they were right there, including watching me try things on FaceTime so Helen, Customer Service Person Extraordinaire, could tell exactly what I was doing. Installation goes more smoothly if you read the directions first (always an issue with me) and if you have both mechanical skills and a bit of IT skills. But once it's in and working, it's a fantastic lock. Mine is all set up except for not having yet done the fingerprint to open. I'll do that sometime in the future. Maybe. Maybe not. It's also an attractive lock on the door, with a screen rather than buttons.

The lock seems like a decent one—the thumb unlocking usually work the2nd, or 3rd time you try… But customer support is TERRIFIC. Totally helpful. Which is good, since it seems like some things you would have no way of knowing without them. SO helpful.

This lock was easy to install mechanically. Creating an account took me a couple tries, but was likely operator error. Setting up the lock to work took a few tries, but again I’m 78 and new high tech stuff isn’t among my best skills. Adding codes is quite easy. Overall, I’m very pleased with this lock.
