My son first purchased this Lock several months ago and was impressed. I purchased the Lock a week ago and it works perfectly. The app and the lock connect seamlessly with my Wi-Fi. The whole process took just a few minutes. We enjoyed being able to lock and unlock our front door with our fingerprint and for security, we set the lock to automatically re-lock after one minute. I did have one problem with the Wi-Fi hook up at first, but that was my issue with using the wrong information. I contacted Customer Service via email through Amazon and within hours Helen sent a response to my phone and email. I had to do a quick reset and once that was complete the system paired with my wi-Fi seamlessly. One of the main things we wanted with a new Lock was the ability to allow entry into our home when we’re away on vacation. This is the easiest lock I have ever installed in my home and the connection to my wifi and bluetooth worked just as advertised. It took about one hour to install it, hook it to the wifi system and test it. I am probably going to buy another one for a different door in this house.

I installed it on the front door and I loved it. What I use the most is the fingerprint, it responds quickly and does not fail. The keyboard is also very useful when someone else needs to enter without a key. The app works well, I can open and close from the cell phone and see who comes in. Lock is easy to install and use. Programming was not as intuitive as desired, but worked. I bought the black lock and it would be nice to have a light color stripe in the inside knob to make it easier to see locked vs unlocked position.

We are very happy with this smart lock for our home. It offers multiple layers of security and several convenient ways to unlock the door — fingerprint, passcode, digital key, and even a traditional key as backup. Having these options makes it very flexible and reliable for the whole family. My favorite feature is that I receive a notification on my phone every time the door is opened, so I can always see who is coming in and out of the house. It gives us great peace of mind, especially with kids at home. We no longer have to worry about them forgetting their keys and getting locked out, which is a huge improvement over a regular lock. The only thing that would make it even better is if we could lock the door digitally from the outside without needing to carry a physical key.
