The fingerprint reader is fast and accurate. The keypad is responsive, and having multiple ways to access the lock adds a lot of convenience. My son first purchased this Lock several months ago and was impressed. I purchased the Lock a week ago and it works perfectly. The app and the lock connect seamlessly with my Wi-Fi. The whole process took just a few minutes. We enjoyed being able to lock and unlock our front door with our fingerprint and for security, we set the lock to automatically re-lock after one minute. I did have one problem with the Wi-Fi hook up at first, but that was my issue with using the wrong information. I contacted Customer Service via email through Amazon and within hours Helen sent a response to my phone and email. I had to do a quick reset and once that was complete the system paired with my wi-Fi seamlessly. One of the main things we wanted with a new Lock was the ability to allow entry into our home when we’re away on vacation. Worked great for 2 months then the sensor went out on it and there is apparaently no warranty. Currently I can't lock my front door except from the inside and I have to walk through the back yard to leave until a new lock comes in. I wouldn't risk purchasing this item again.

I upgraded my lock and am very happy with the new features. This new lock no longer requires a hub and easily connected to my wifi. This lock was very easy to install and the directions were great. I like the fingerprint recognition for quick and easy entry. It was also easy to set up with Alexa to open and close the lock on voice command. Lock is easy to install and use. Programming was not as intuitive as desired, but worked. I bought the black lock and it would be nice to have a light color stripe in the inside knob to make it easier to see locked vs unlocked position.
