The media could not be loaded. I bought this drone for my parents who travel a lot, they are very excited about it. This is their very first drone, so it helps a lot that this drone is super easy to set up. Basically everything is ready to go from the box, just need to charge the batteries for the drone. You do need to get some of your own batteries for the remote control. Two rechargeable batteries come with the package for the drone which is very helpful. They did need to learn how to use the remote control for the drone to take off and fly and land and take photos, the remote control is relatively easy and intuitive. Please give me a refund! The propeller broke right away when I was getting it up on the air. And 2nd I have to use my phone remote for the control because the controller won't connect. And 3, the camera adjustment won't move. It is glued or stuck. Please give me a refund or send me a new one or tell me how to fix everything. Please 🙏 this I believe is the first 1 star review I have made. I feel bad for putting 1 star but If I paid for it I need it to work. I don't wanna buy a new one, if I have to I will buy from different company. I don't want to do that so please, Zuhafa, give me a refund or send me a new one.
