This is a very resistant product, I keep it running for four hours every night and for two days on the weekends ant it have not failed, it's been more than six months since i acquired it. i was a little worried about the fact that this cooler does not have any support for the laptop, but it has a good top, so you don't have to worry about a slippery top. ... show more

I had a little difficulty getting it delivered because it required a signature but I have been extremely pleased with it and have ordered another for my son's laptop. I can now play games without my laptop overheating, The construction makes it a marvelous heat sink even when off.
