  • A great transport chair
Color: Dark Gray Size: 17" Width
This has been a great purchase for my husband. He was recently put on total non weight bearing restrictions. This transport chair is sturdy enough to hold him securely (he’s 6’1” and 200 lbs) and narrow enough to navigate some tight 18” wide spaces in the house. The arms fold totally out of the way for easier transfers. Simple to fold and fit in the back seat of my car. The hand brakes are effective. It’s not comfortable to sit on for hours but comfy enough for short trips to the doctor or out shopping. ... show more

  • A Travel-Friendly Wheelchair That Delivers
Color: Yellow Size: 17" Width
This transport wheelchair is designed with portability in mind, and it truly shines in that area. Weighing just under 20 pounds, it folds down in seconds and fits easily in most car trunks, making it perfect for appointments, travel, or daily errands. The telescopic handle turns it into a suitcase-like piece when folded, and the design feels intuitive and user-friendly. Features like foldable footrests, rotatable armrests, and a built-in seatbelt all add thoughtful touches that enhance comfort and safety. Its slim profile even allows it to glide through narrow doorways without scuffing walls or frames, which is a rare but welcome detail. Performance-wise, this chair is very easy to maneuver, even in tight indoor spaces or uneven outdoor terrain thanks to the 360° rotatable front wheels and shock-absorbing springs. Caregivers will especially appreciate the ergonomic push handles and reliable parking brake system. The materials feel solid—especially the aluminum frame—but remain light enough for solo loading. There’s no denying that this is a transport-style chair, so it’s not designed for independent movement by the user, but that’s expected in this category. One small downside is the absence of a built-in storage pouch or cup holder, which could make outings even more convenient. In terms of long-term value, it’s an excellent choice. It comes with a strong warranty, responsive customer support, and clear attention to detail in design and function. Some users mentioned the armrests could be more traditional in shape, and the leather smell out of the box can be strong, but these are minor points in an otherwise well-rounded product. Whether for short trips or as a day-to-day mobility aid, this chair offers quality, comfort, and peace of mind—all without the bulk of a traditional wheelchair. ... show more

  • Best purchase of the year
Color: Yellow Size: 17" Width
I’ve been using this as an emergency transport for my son who suffers from seizures. It’s light enough to easily lift in and out of the car. (Or into the train/public transportation) Unfolds easier than a stroller. The only thing I wish it had was a cup holder. Otherwise, i love it - it has saved us many times and made it easier to get around when i know there will be a lot of walking. ... show more

  • Great chair with a few improvements needed. Best indoors.
Color: Yellow Size: 17" Width
We have had this chair for about 10 months and are very happy with it. It is lightweight, easy to fold and put in the trunk, very easy to push and maneuver, and comfortable as far as I know (my husband rarely complains! ). I'm really glad we got it. We use it every day. (Small) CONS I took off a star because of a few minor design flaws that should be easily addressed by the manufacturer. First, the footrest gets caught under the seat so when you get it out of the trunk and open it up, it won't go down until you have the person get up so that you can lift the seat slightly. YES, I KNOW that I could address this before they sit down, but my memory's not so great these days, either. But if you know in advance, perhaps you can train yourself better than I have! LOL Next minor issue is that it was supposed to be easy to maneuver on rough ground -- we have the worst sidewalks! Old and cracked, tree roots, spots where they were repaired and the replaced section has sunk down 3 inches (no kidding!) We just don't use it outside very much at all, and that is a big disappointment. I'm now shopping for an all-terrain version. But the ride is very smooth inside and on smooth paved surfaces. We just like to walk outside -- so not recommended for Pittsburgh! Last -- Seat handles are a bit short. It's hard to reach them so that you can sit safely. No complaints about the size, though! My husband was 5'11", now is 5'8" and has always had unusually long legs. His knees do stick up a bit, but he doesn't mind and seems perfectly comfortable. He weighs around 170. I don't regret buying it -- as long as we are indoors, it's been great. ... show more

  • What a ride!
Color: Blue Size: 16.5"Width
This thing rolls almost too good and is very comfortable. I almost gave it 4 stars because of that. Let me explain. So I put my mother-in-law in it cause she just don’t get along like she used to, you know. So I get to pushing her through the parking lot to the local fire department for the weekly bingo. I get rolling in there and that thing rolled so easy that when I gave her a shove, vroom! Off she goes. Well I tripped over my shoestring in my new shoes( will be 1 star reviewing those shoes later). By the time I got up… yep, she gone! I jumped up yelling “Ella Mae, Ella Mae”. She never answered. Luckily the fire department was decorating for their fall festival. They had hay bails setting everywhere. Sure enough, that chair jumped the curb and, BAM! Right into a haybail! Well it never upset and was so dang comfortable ma never woke up! I got to her, woke her up and she yelled at me for not having her at her bingo table yet. Well long story short, she didn’t get to set at her favorite spot, but I’ll be darned if she didn’t hit the winner split all final game! Granted, she did have to go the next day to get her hair stirred again due to the hay in it. She still came out ahead. Anywho, we all had a good laugh and still love the chair! Hope y’all enjoy yours as much. ... show more

  • front wheels get blocked by post connected to footrest
Color: Blue Size: 16.5"Width
Light weight, seems sturdy. The back is comfortable, but the seat is hard. We tried a 1 inch gel cushion on the seat and it was so much better. Not that easy to fold, we struggled with this, and it never seemed to collapse all the way down. I also wish the lock (that locks to keep the seat from folding) would automatically snap in. I picture one of us forgetting to reach back of the wheels and push in the locks, then having the chair collapse when we transfer our son into the chair. But I must return this chair because of the footrest. The foot rest is connected to the wheelchair with a U shaped bar. When the footrest is in the up position the ends of the bar interfere with the movement of the front wheels. We use this chair in very tight places (like bathrooms and gyms, where the exercise machines only have a couple of feet between them) so we must lift the footrest out of the way, and once the footrest is up, I can't maneuver the chair as the front wheels will not turn, because they are blocked by the posts attached to the footrest. See picture. If you have enough space to lift armrest and do a side transfer this chair will probably work for you. In our situation we do not have that extra space, so we must lift the footrest. ... show more

  • Folds easily
Color: Blue Size: 16.5"Width
Mom is very comfortable in this chair. This also folds and easily fits in a Toyota Yaris hatchback without folding the rear seat forward. This is an excellent choice for quick and comfortable.

  • Folding transport chair
Color: Gray Size: 16.5"Width
Exactly as posted. Love the fact I can use as walker and fits cruise cabin doors. Very convenient to use on airplane travel. Folds under dimensions of a regular wheelchair. Added strap for easy travel and checking in for cargo area on airplane.
