've been using this for almost 2 months now. It does look a bit flimsy (it's made of plastic after all), but it holds up surprisingly well. The assembly might seem intimidating at first due to the many parts and pieces, but it's actually straightforward, just connect the bars to the correct joints.     • I give it NO stars but had to chk one
This thing is flimsy as all get out, the pieces do not fit together firmly so if you try & move it even an inch it all starts to come apart & has to have anything that's on it pulled off so you can find & put back together all of the pieces that are apart as well as all the ones that come apart WHILE your fixing the first ones, if you want to move it you'd have to remove everything & carefully pick it up off the floor & also carefully kind of shuffle it to where you want it, the plastic 'compartments' will tear over the smallest of things..I don't know what I'm gonna do w/ it it was a complete & total waste of money & may wind up in the garbage bease returning it isn't an option & is also another huge headache I don't need right now with all of the family issues we are dealing with...unless I wanna take it apart & superglue or gorilla glue the WHOLE thing & find a sturdy clothe to sew on all the shelves, which I don't have the time & patience for, that's money I needed for more important things..we spent over $100 for 4 Thanksgiving plus a tank of gas, we also bought ANOTHER wardrobe rack WITH wheels, trust me you WANT wheels..now we're out over $20 that cold have been used more wisely. I suggest if you buy this glue the HELL out of it & put a sturdy cloth in the 'drawer' sections IF you want to put ALL that work into something flimsy when you can find MUCH better ones elsewhere...if Amazon doesn't carry a better brand...& believe me I kept control & did not cuss like I normally do. I can post or send a picture if possible to prove to the maker & Amazon that it does not need to be sold without being COMPLETELY upfront to EVERY ONE who looks at it so they don't get royally SCREWED out of hard earned cash. ... show more

Great size easy to put together once u figure out the order to do it. I’m in a temp housing so space saving and easy to take w me. Good price. Not durable and not for ppl with animals who like plastic/fabric (cats, rabbits)!! or will sit on shelves. Doesn’t hold much weight. Just stacking my jeans about half way filling a shelf after a few weeks, started tearing from the bars. 8lb cat likes to sit on the empty bottom shelf and tore in two weeks. Wobbly. We moved into a new house and I have the attic space -- a huge space with room for a changing area, but no closets and sloping ceilings that make it challenging to find furniture that will fit and be functional. I needed a lower free standing unit, most I looked at were too high, but this one fit the bill. When I opened it I didn't have much hope that this would be usable, it seemed flimsy and cheap, but I was wrong. The most important thing to note about this unit is that you need to pay attention to the instructions and follow them to the letter. There are parts that look similar, but are not interchangeable and the order in which you build the unit is also important. If you follow the instructions, this is a solid unit that is designed support itself when assembled correctly. The fabric shelves are coated on one side and once the bars are threaded through the pockets of the fabric shelves, these things are taught and sturdy. I honestly couldn't be happier with this, so much so that I ordered another of the same item and an additional Whitmor item that has 2 drawers. A really good value. ... show more

I got it on a Black Friday deal for $25 when it’s usually close to $50 and it’s BARELY worth $25. The instructions are terrible and it’s very wobbly. My husband tried to push it together more and ended up bending one of the poles, and one of the connectors broke during assembly. The “shelves” are a cheap plastic type matting and ripped the second my cat thought it was a bed and I tired to shoo him away. Will be making wooden shelves to sit on the actual shelf’s if it can withstand the extra weight so that it can actually be used as intended. ... show more

    • Not bad for the money!
Not as sturdy as the all metal shelf one I have but does exactly what I needed it for and the price was good. I kind of wished after I put it together that it had the fabric shelves for the top also. I think that would have helped it be a little more sturdy plus provide more storage options. I may try to take the ones off the bottom and put on top as I just use the bottom for shoes anyway. Don't plan to hang heavy coats/clothes from it. I am using it for work clothes that are all light weight consisting of dress shirts and t-shirts for myself and son. And the shelves for pants. I have 30 hangers on it right now and holding up fine and probably room for 20 more and still won't be overcrowded. LOTS of pieces for assembly but really was pretty simple after the shock wares off and you sort the pieces. Took me maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Overall I am pleased. ... show more

    • Cheap & missing parts - with terrible assembly directions
Not only was the material super cheap and easily breakable, the company didn't even include the correct parts! Not to mention that the directions for assembly were not very user friendly. Dont buy this.
