Great customer service!!
Seemed great at first, but then it died a sudden death. New batteries could not fix it. UPDATED: I am updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars because even though Amazon return window had closed, the seller REACHED OUT TO ME and offered me a refund or replacement! My "special event" (for which I had bought the kit) had passed so I opted for the refund, but I plan to buy another kit next time I have an event coming up because THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! When I do, and if the kit holds up over multiple weeks and uses (I hope I just got a rare "lemon" this first time) I will update my rating to 5 stars.

I really didn’t work!
I’m a coffee drinker and a tea drinker so I’m very conscious of the staining on my teeth. I tried this and hoping that it will be a game changer but it wasn’t. I did not want to overly use it and have my gums receded.
