Ordered the can005x harness to assist with an android radio install in my tundra as it was the only one I found that had all the correct connectors for my vehicle. Immediately began getting messages from Brynn with install instructions and what to look for when checking for issues. Had an issue with the backup camera not triggering and Brynn immediately offered a solution, me being a little impatient not wanting to wait for a replacement… I started to trouble shoot and found an issue with the 12-6v voltage reducer for the camera. Instead of waiting for a new harness, I soldered in a replacement and everything worked as designed. I reached out to let Brynn know I had found and solved the issue, Brynn immediately issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the replacement part. No product or company is perfect, but the way they handle mishaps says a lot. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase anything from this seller in the future knowing that they stand behind their products.

I was very nervous about spending this much on a harness that I wasn't sure if it would work. I put an aftermarket radio in my 2010 4runner limited with the stock jbl system and backup camera. The harness that was sent with the radio was wrong and I couldn't use my stock backup camera. After buying this, I was able to modify it a little and utilize my stock backup camera as well as keep my dtereing wheel controls and everything else associated with it. Thank you
