Seal is great, holds well and shape just fits exactly on my shelves which measure with 12" of space. They hold a good 9+ lbs. each, depending on the size of the seed, so if people were expecting EACH to hold 20 lbs. - No. I do need to set them on a flat firm surface and press firmly on 2 sides at the same time to have them snap appropriately. Thus they provide a tight seal & that's what I need - absolutely no bugs. I purchased mine last year, again and am purchasing again. If they are damaged on arrival - mine were not - they are eligible for Amazon return before the 3 month time limit. Bonne chance! ... show more
