I received this light strip in the color "natural white." Our kitchen does not have the best lighting, and our counter tops were very dark so I was looking for a way to elevate our kitchen and brighten the space that was also renter friendly. These lights were perfect for the job and very easy to install. The strip had adhesive already on the lights, so you just have to remove the blue plastic to reveal the stick side and apply it. I did have to use the corner connecter, which was a breeze. I did need a pair of needle nose pliers to use the corner adapter, but if you are just doing a straight line you can apply this without any additional tools. The lights are dimmable with 3 brightness settings, with 6 different strobing effects and a regular "on" setting. There is a memory feature, meaning whatever setting you last had it on, it will stay on that setting the next time you turn it back on. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Budget-friendly, warm, general use lights. Decent for under shelf/cabinet lighting.

This is a budget kind of light strip, but works pretty well. Haven't had anything go wrong with them, yet. Installation is pretty straight forward if you are just mounting them as is and plugging everything in. If you are familiar with working with LED strip lights, then these are just the same. You can cut them at marked points, run wire to bridge a gap, make 90 degree corners, etc. It comes with a few 90 degree elbows and couplers you'd need to do some of those tasks without needing to solder. The adhesive backing seems alright and hope it does not separate with the heat from the light strip over time. They are plenty bright and nice and warm. I really dislike the cold white lights that seemed to have gained popularity over the last few years. These keep a comfortable, but nice and lit environment. If it is too bright, they can be dimmed. Something that I didn't realize these had was memory retention. They turn back on with the previous setting used. The quality of the strip is alright. Again, it's very budget friendly if you're looking to just quickly add lighting under shelves, cabinets, or something similar. ... show more

Love this lighting. Didn't know something like this existed (I've always just dealt with the larger under cabinet lights that are more difficult to maneuver). This is essentially a long lighted ticker-tape, which is easy to install nearly anywhere because it's so thin and lightweight. Gives off great light under our cabinet, but would also be cool for any other type of backlighting nearly anywhere in the house. The only thing I don't like is the size of the plug (but that seems to be the case for nearly all of these types of lighting) - I just wish they could come up with less obtrusive, flatter plugs so the power source is not so bulky and obvious when you've gone to all the trouble to hide the lighting itself. Other than that though, this is an awesome buy. May end up coming back to get again and choose some shorter options for under my kids bunks or behind their monitors. ... show more

There are a lot of different LED light strips out there, but I really like this one not just for the price, but for the functionality and the extras that allow a custom install. First, it is a complete package so you get the power adapter, as well as the little clips that allow you to install in corners or keep a straight line for a cleaner look. I have my light strip, installed above the cabinets where there is an outlet connected to a switch. I like how this light strip can be programmed manually from the power cord, and then it has a memory setting to stay the same when you control it with the switch. It is quite bright, but can be dimmable, And the 16 foot length was perfect for my needs. Overall, a great purchase for $26, and there is also a 20% coupon right now which makes it even cheaper. ... show more

I orginally got this strip for attaching to a CNC machine in my shop so I could better see the cutting surface. While the lights installed easily enough and the adhesive seemed to stick well, this is not a continuous COB lighting surface most COB strips employ. It looks like just some diffusers over the individual LED sources to help diffuse the light... however, when these things heat up (and they do heat up) some of the lenses have come off the strip. Since this strip is hanging upside down over my CNC table, this is unacceptable. I can't have small bits of anything dropping into a cut path. So these are no longer in use in my shop. Granted, this is a much more aggressive environment for a light strip, so I don't hold that against the manufacturer, but the loss of the little lenses is an issue for this kind of use. Otherwise, they are bright and seem well enough made, just not for what I needed them for. ... show more

Installing these is a breeze, and the lights themselves stay nicely hidden. The natural lighting is easy on the eyes. No longer will I be looking at products on my shelves having no idea if it is canned meat or vegetables? These are so easy to install, one person can do it in no time. These were the perfect size for my needs, and they are bright enough to make everything completely visible instead of a bunch of shadows. These lights were very easy to install, and are very bright. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, is because it did not stick real well where it is plugged in. I had to add some electrical tape to be able to make sure it stayed in place.

Easy to install these lights. Came with everything I needed. I used them under the kitchen cabinets. They stuck very easily and they look great. I was happy with how long the strip was since I did mess up a couple of times when mapping out the lights. These are great
