This mattress topper is absolutely incredible! It is like sleeping on a feather bed without the feathers. I do not toss and turn all night long now like I did before and I now wake up without stiffness or pain in my back. I have used many mattress toppers throughout the years but this one is the best I have used. When it arrives it is flat and you need to arrange the foam pieces inside. Easy to do. Let it fluff up for a day. I put it on my bed with a bed pad over it. Works perfectly and beyond comfortable. Highly recommend, especially for people who have arthritis in their backs. It is soft but supports your back.

I'd give 0 starts if I could. I just got this today and I have to say I got BAMBOOZLED! Pay attention to the reviews. Of the 33, 5 star reviews, 8 don't have the designation "Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product." Not sure how these real review people can give it 5 stars unless they've never slept in a real bed before. Maybe their used to one of those kids pits with all the foam rubber pieces? 1st, the 2 video reviews I saw have no sound. You cannot tell that this topper is NOT "quiet" as in the description of the product. It's really crunchy sounding. But that one is on me, I kind of thought that didn't fit my 2nd point. The covering material is not soft cotton like it shows in the images or the product video. To me it's similar to a canvas drop cloth or taffeta (if that's still around). Very crunchy feeling and sounding. So I can't imagine this thing can help you sleep if you hear the "fabric" crunching every time you move. 3rd, the queen size is NOT fitting my queen mattress. You can either have it cover one top and side or the bottom and the other side. But it will not sit nicely against all corners/edges. I'd say it's a good 3 inches short on length and about 2 inches short on width. 4th, and last, and on equal footing as point 2, this thing is LUMPY. I can't imagine how these foam pieces don't make you feel them and wake you up all night long. That is, if the noise of the covering fabric isn't doing that. I haven't slept on it, but from the moment I opened the vacuum packaging I've been upset with my purchase. Nothing makes me think it's worth any of the reviews it has so far. And If I could get my video on here, you'd see everything I mean except the lumpy feeling. You can kind of see it but you can't really experience it until you waste your money purchasing it. Now I'm really hoping I can return this or I'm out the money and will have to find a way to get rid of it since I can't exactly get it back in the vacuum packaging, and really really need to get something for my mattress, but it is NOT this topper. I'm sure I will sleep better with out this on it and I'm not getting very much quality sleep on it.

I could just be picky but for myself it required a lot of manual “fluffing” to get lumps out. I did it over a 2 day period before trying to sleep on it. Fits bed well. Cool feature - one side has tiny gripper bumps so helps the corner straps keep it from sliding around on mattress.

I love the idea of memory foam. But memory foam toppers are usually too stiff. This is shredded memory foam, so it doesn’t feel like a board initially. It’s forming when laying down and is quite comfortable. We do not wake up sore anymore! By far the best topper I have purchased and would definitely buy again.
