I didn’t read the description before buying and was taken in by the five, five star reviews. I’m glad I didn’t read the description! I got it for a hide-a-bed and it’s so perfect and comfortable! Especially for the price!! Prior to this mattress pad, I could feel a metal bar poking into my side. Last night, I felt nothing but a soft cloud of comfort!! I’ve ordered this memory foam topper for my niece’s bed because her mattress felt too firm, and I wanted to add some extra cushioning. It arrived pretty compact, but I took it out, and it fluffed up fairly quickly. I like that this topper has elastic bands on each corner because it helped me secure it to the mattress, so I did not have to worry about it shifting around later. After I put it on the mattress, I pressed down on it to check the support, and it has a balance of softness with a bit of firmness underneath. It fitted the twin mattress without leaving any awkward overhang, and it stayed in place just fine. Plus, it has a quilted design and it feels really soft to the touch, which is nice. Overall, it does what I expected, made the mattress feel a bit more soft and comfortable without being too thick.

This topper had me feeling like I was going to sink, the middle was not supported at all. I slept two nights trying to make sure I wasn’t crazy. The quality is BAD, you feel the lumps, you sink in the middle and I had two uncomfortable nights. Sending back asap!
