The mattress topper arrived well-packaged and vacuum sealed, which made it easy to handle and transport. As soon as I opened it, it expanded right away, returning to its original thickness fairly quickly. To let it reach its full fluffiness, I gave it a few pats and left it out for a full 24 hours. The topper itself is super thick and fluffy, fitting perfectly on my bed and adding a cozy layer of softness. Lying on it feels like being cradled, so comfortable I end up hitting snooze more often just to enjoy it a little longer!
