I'm 61, had multiple strokes and I fall frequently. I'm very weak. So, I'm trying to prevent the dreaded nursing home. My home physical therapist recommended these bands. I ordered them but scoffed at their effectiveness. Wow, was I wrong! These bands give an excellent range of motion workout. Much easier and safer than free weights. I get a great workout just sitting in bed. To the visually impaired: Bump dots won't stick very long to any part. I use cheap luggage tags from the Dollar Tree and bump the tags to identify each band. I can see why physical therapists recommend these. They work much better than anticipated. I am already stronger in my upper and lower body. My abs are also getting a good workout. No complaints. Great for wobbly seniors. Pieces attached easier than expected. I use extra carabiners ... it makes life easier. One of my better purchases from Amazon. I really feel like I got a great deal.

These are pretty good. I like that the resistance level (in pounds) is clearly printed on each one, so you don't have to remember that brown is less than gray is more than pink, or whatever. They clip on/off easily, the included handles are comfortable, the door brace thingy works well. I can get a surprisingly challenging workout from them. My only concern is the steel rings on the handles, and clips on the bands. When the brace is hung over the door top the rings and clips bang against the door if you're not pretty careful. Concerned this might mark up the door, but to date that has not happened (I am trying to avoid letting them bump hard against the surface). Overall quite satisfied with this purchase.

I use them at home all the time for general body/maintenance work. Really good for ligament, etc, strengthening. I also tore a bicep muscle a few years ago and working out with dumbbells can be too painful - enter the workout bands. I installed some brackets on my garage wall and it’s the greatest thing ever. So many different things you can do with them as they’re so versatile. I consider myself an expert in this area and in my younger days was an elite athlete, so needless to say a great work regimen has always been an important part of my life. Highly recommend for anyone!

These WHATAFIT resistance bands have been an awesome addition to my home gym setup! The variety of resistance levels makes them great for everything from light stretching to strength training. I love that they come with handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor—super versatile for full-body workouts. The materials feel high-quality and durable, and the bands have held up really well so far. I’ve used them for upper body, lower body, and core training without any issues. Plus, the whole set is compact and easy to store or travel with. The only small downside for me is that I’m 5 feet tall, so the bands are just a bit long for certain exercises—but I’ve been able to work around it by adjusting my stance or doubling the band. Still 100% worth it! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, effective workout option at home!
