This light bar is perfect if you want something that drivers can't miss. The LEDs are so bright that even out in full sun this thing gets seen. It took me less than an hour to get it installed. That was with securing and tucking the wire out of sight. Plugged it in and wala I had replaced the single strobe light that was on my truck. The best part...I can take it off an install on my next truck just as easy. I would recommend this light bar to anyone who takes their driving and safety seriously.

Great value for the price! The only major gripe is that it has 20 various patterns, however, there's no easy way to tell what pattern you're on from inside the car. There's just a push button on the cigarette lighter adapter that you press and each press increments the pattern one step. However, if you want to go from, say, alternating strobe to left direction or right direction, you have to press it, get out, look, press it again, get out, look again, etc. or try to count the number of times you need to press it to cycle patterns. There's no feedback inside as to what pattern you're on. Incredibly inconvenient. I'd like to have been able to go from alternating strobe to left directional when I pull over, however, there's no easy way to do that.

I've purchased 3 of these light bars and have never had an issue.. until now.. brackets were bent at unboxing thus making the magnets not touching the roof.. and of course.. my return window is closed..
