I have been looking for a gel that truly holds my 4c hair and this one worked! I am able to rock a wash and go and also tie my hair back into a bun all day without issue….I will be ordering a larger one soon!! Also no residue noticed at this time.

First of it is not the size that appears in the description. It’s much smaller. And then when the gel first arrives, I open it there are no seals over the gel and under the cap. That doesn’t seem right as all of these gels come sealed. I decided to keep and use the gel and it is good. It has a light hold on my 4c hair without being crusty. It doesn’t seem to dry out my hair and helps it keep moisture. I don’t know if I would purchase from this seller again though bc gel should have a seal on it and not look like someone transferred gel from one bucket to another.

I have 4C Low Porosity hair, and have been looking for a gel to use for braid outs, twist outs, etc because ECO Styler tears my scalp up! This gel is GREAT! I’ve used it once and I’m HOOKED! I did my normal wash day routine, and added the gel as my last step before braiding. Put my hair cap on and then went to sleep. Girl..when I took it out the next dayyy I was sold lol I was honestly sold. This gel held my curls so well! It does NOT shed or clump up making my scalp feel suffocated. And best of all I’ve been wearing this since Sunday this week(November 3rd) and I’m writing this review today,(November 8th) and these are still holding! If you’re scared it won’t hold the naps, girl it will. The Nappy is happy over here.✨

The size and price is perfect if you are wanting to try out a new product. It is exactly as described. It has a non offensive smell, non stickey texture, and is easy to smooth onto the hair. I ordered it bc I wanted to try it on my natural hair for shingling and wash and go's and the YouTube gurus instruct you to use a bunch of it at a time... Don't do that!! I wouldn't do that with any hair gel bc it dries out the hair and even this gel, when using to much of it, will leave residue. Doing it the YouTube way left a wad of dry gel in random places in my hair. Only way to get rid of it was to wash it and ruin the style that took 2 hours to get! Use as directed and you'll love this hair gel!

I don't know if it's inflation but this brand of gel has never been this high for such a small product. I remember buying a huge tub at rite aid of all places for cheaper. I went to target and saw the bigger tube for this price and knew I was scammed for sure. Now I cannot return this falsely advertised product. They know what they're doing making it seem as if it's the larger tub and then not allowing returns. Save your money and just go to the store to get more bang for your buck.
