we recently had an APOLLO Performance / Westinghouse tankless water heater installed. The unit is plugged into power, but the front display never turns on (screen completely dark), so it won’t respond to controls or pair with the app. We tested multiple working outlets and confirmed the heater still has no display or power indication. This appears to be a dead control board or internal power issue. Very disappointing, we have to wait to order the new one to delivery in a week, now there is no hot water in the house. ... show more

Try to avoid usps shipping obviously dropped as box was heavily damaged and left in open wet from rain . Luckily product looks ok ? USPS IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM . Avoid USPS
