I’m impressed. As an interior designer, I was nervous about buying something like this on Amazon. We built it into a bump-out on our living room wall and it looks amazing. It’s still a work in progress, but the fireplace itself is great. The flames look surprisingly realistic and it creates a great ambience to the room. The heat output is okay but don’t anticipate it to replace your heat in the winter. It helps keep our first floor a little bit warmer since our home isn’t insulated super well. It’s pricy, but I think it brings a lot of value to our home and creates a great feature. The remote works well and the app is super easy to setup. We did try to connect two phones to the app and I think you may only be able to do one at a time, because one phone is always kicked off when a different one logs in. When this arrived it had a small defect to the frame. I reached out to the manufacturer to request a small paint sample to cover it as I didn't want the hassle of a return for such a small blemish. The company responded to me the following day explaining they didn't have paint samples to provide. They apologized for the defect and asked that I send them my contact info so they could send me a replacement. Honestly, I didn't believe this would be the case. They were so responsive and easy to work with I actually felt like it was a scam. I provided my info, and the following day they sent me a tracking number. A week later a brand new replacement fireplace arrived and it was perfectly intact. This fireplace is beautiful, it works great, and has an app that is easy and convenient to use.
