This generator will hook into our electric box and run all but the A/C when we have power outages - Needed in Texas for the constant power outages. Easy to move - has wheels and a handle. Electric start is a great feature makes it easy for start-up. I feel prepared for the next storm and will not worry about losing all our food. We took the extra step to add a breaker to our electric panel and plug to plug in the generator and run all outlets in the house. I ordered this to replace a 20 year old snapper generator. Unit had a lot of positive reviews so I bought it. Arrived without issue. Well boxed and not a scratch on it. Easy to put together and set up to run. I made a check of the entire unit before starting for any loose screws or bolts. Everything was tight. It fired right up on first try and ran perfect. I ran the unit without any load for an hour and then changed the oil with 5w30 synthetic oil. Ran another hour at half load and again did another oil change. I know some say this is overkill but I believe its the best way to break a new engine in. ... show more

A little hard to start if using every few weeks. Once started it is a workhorse. May be something I am not doing right, but I want to get this fixed instead of any other generator because of well it works once running

This is the nicest generator I have seen. It starts right up, user manual is clear and easy to understand. Lithium Ion Battery does not need to be attached to a trickle charger. Electric start means that I can start the generator once a month to make sure battery stays charged. My old pull style generator was just getting to hard to start the older I get.
