I purchased it because I had some gastrointestinal issues. I wanted hear what the doctors were hearing. It is the quality that I paid for, it is cheap but is a good quality cheap. It is as advertised is the best review I can offer.

I knew this wouldn't be a stellar stethescope because of it's price, but it works for my 5 year old who wants to be a vet. He is able to hear his heart and our dogs heart (very softly) and they fit in his little "vet" bag. Good for pretend play, but I wouldn't recommend it for a medical professional. ... show more
